adam: I was trying to build up my neck & was doing isometric neck exercises and lying face-up neck resistance isolation reps. With the resistance exercises I had to hold a flat barbell plate over my face and i have to tell you that was kind of f*cked up. it caused my face to look all red and once i even got bruises on my face. it wasn’t worth it. The Flex EnerVIVE is useful in that you can just stick it on your neck and it does the work for you. my neck & traps are looking better and no more bruises.

lloyd P.: yeah def. creatine, it’s a must to me. Don’t need to watch carbs just separate them, don’t mix with proteins. The flex enervive, some cardio, (not too much, I want to be big not look like a woman) and yeah some heavy lifting too.

TotalShred: I take a creatine/glutamine stack on traning days only i take 4 grams of glutamine spaced out over 4 doses: morning, pre-workout, post workout, and bedtime. the creatine i take at lunch and then 3o minutes after working out. i also use the enervive every day to enhance my overaall system. Used to be on p90x but got a bit cultish doing my own thing now and it works for me.

Casey: So far all I can say is that the flex enervive feels serious and sometimes intense. I am focusing on my abs but will do my back next. It feels like it working.

Ali: For those who like me think there are stronger than they actually are:), make sure to start at a lower lever and progressively increase the level of you FLEX ENervive! Like a fool, I started at 60 on my shoulders and back but i soon realized that 30 was the magic # for me. I am now up higher but it took a while. Am starting a new cardio/lifting program and got this to help connect my results I will report back. – joey

Dean: FYI if you are overweight, I THINK you’;ll get the best results from FLEX Enervive if you drop the weight first. At first i was pissed, thought it wasn’t working. I was using it every day as instructed, but where were my abs? turns out it was buried under fat lol. At that time, i had about 2o lbs i needed to drop. after i dropped it, i could see what the FLEX Enervive had helped building all that time.

Gottfried: For energy take AdvantraZ, stuff burns fat & gets me going. Just dont’ get none of that junk with caffeine, so many pills for guys just gives me a damn head rush. Anways I use a supplement with that & it gets me to the gym regularly now. THen I come home & use Flex ENERviVe to recoop.

adamAntfan: I think the flex enervive is great for toning though I still need to lift heavy 3 times a week for bulking and could use some boost so will check out some of the supplements y0u all mentiond.

brad: i’d been doing dumbell preacher curls for years, but i noticed there was a limit to what they could do. they put a limited amount of peaks on my biceps and often put too much presure on my wrists. also i read that the medial head of the biceps goes into “active insufficency” when it continues to contract so that it doesn’t get as good of a workout. I think the FLEX Enervive helped target my entire biceps…i’m noticing some gains now when working out.

darren: thumb up for Flex EnerVIVE. its perfect if your lazy, and I am and am cool with that.

vinnyV: i too use FLEX Enervive, and in combination with daily strength training and a stack of tribulus .

WARRIOR3: YEah no doubt, I feel FLEX ENervive helps a bit with my wrist pain problem and also neck issues. A day in the weight room sometimes makes me outta commission for a week. Sorta feels like this technology, is saving my joints on those off days.

Max: AM using it but how long for more noticeable results?

Eddie R.: I think the *FLEx ENERVIvE* is a better than the perfect Pushup thing, Way easier than just doing standard old pushups to me.

Ronald: I am using the flex enervive for strength straining. It’s fun and seems to be helping. I work out all the time.

XXMuscleMan: Loosing weight is for women if you ask me, the bigger I am the better I feel. I am using the flex Enervive for toning and its feels like its helping. I also workout very hard averg 5 times a week, never more than an hour and then at the end of day I use the flex on area I didn’t work that day. Beautiful combination for me.

Jill: For killer AB definition the flexbelt is also VERY popular.

XAVIOR: FleX ENERvive has been so much better for me than what I was doing alone. Just basically lifting and mixing muscles groups the same day I mean the idea of muscle confusion is not even widely accepted anymore by the weight lifting community. Now i’d rather just work my muscles with with my flex and leave the confusion to those not so much in the know.

kawin: I don,t know about this one but it’s sound good if i don’t have to pain any body cause i hurt from building my muscle before.Now i cannot play any builder just swimming.

DODD: BEST THING ABOUT THIS, IS I THINK IT CAN BE USED EVERYWHERE. PORTABLE & VERSATILE, CAN’T BEAT THAT IF U AXE ME. FEEL LIKE FLEX ENERVIVE IS GREAT FOR MUSCLE DEFINITION AS WELL AS RECOVERY, THUMB UP.

C: It says that you should not use it on your chest because of your heart.

Anonymous: Yeah, that makes sense. arms, thighs, hips & butt, the areas that need the most toning on most. Great versatility with this thing.

Guy S: Wonder if the Fortex works the chest, think thats suppose to be an upper body toner. save the flex Enervive for the lower have, i suppose, cuz sure do need toning all over.
