Drew: First of all, I’m pretty sure 95% of the “thumbs up” comments were posted by people working for the flex belt people, and I think we all recognize that. … That being said, I DO actually like the product. I have yet to see just how effective it is, as I’m only a week into it. I’m a pretty in-shape guy already, and my only complaint is that even on the highest intensity level at 40 minutes, I don’t really ever that “Oh man my abs are sore I totally had a good workout” feeling. Not sure how I feel about that… but I’m a week in and I already see results (and it says you won’t till like 6 weeks on the box, don’t know what that’s about– maybe it’s cause I’m cheating and doing lvl 99 on 40 minutes since the first day instead of lvl 20 …. meh.. anyway, it’s pretty cool, if you have the dough, I say give it a shot, but make sure you also eat right and do cardio or won’t see anything. Don’t go on a diet; you’ll go off of it some day– make a lifestyle change.

Mich: i have a question: while using the Flex Belt, do I keep the intensity at a level I am comfortable at throughout the session or do I continue to increase throughout the session?? (i.e. increase intensity level every minute or two?)

Bobby K: Hmm, not a bad idea, to get a more intense workout. But, seems like keeping it constant per session is fine to start, and just increase it the next time, etc. Probably whatever you’re comfortable with is fine. Not sure I could ever handle it at full intensity.
