Sean72: Just wanted to say thumb up for the flex arms, that thing is totally working for me. My skinny arms are getting some definition which for me is a first. Good stuff!

GaryD.: This product is sick, man. Not one to normaly wirite out reviews or whatever but I gotta say, this is impressive. My job started getting real hectic last year, company kept sending me somewhere diffrent every week, just about, and my workouts were suffreing. Its easy to get a run in, but arm workouts, weren't happenign. The flex arms got me back to where i was before i had no time to lift, and even been increasing my strenght. Cool gadget.

Anonymous: got my Flex arms yesterday, wondering whats a good intensity to start at? i just set it for 50 last night and feel a little sore today but not too bad. is this normal? should i go higher, lower, the same today for the second session? thx.

eric: i do regular mass blast workouts (triceps pushdowns, 12 reps, hammer curls 10 reps, lying dumbbell extensions 12 reps) and altho this does the trick mostly, it doesn't quite give me that "monster" effect that i am going for. The Flex Arms is something i do in the evening & on rest days to maximize the mass growth and it seeems to be pushing the results over the edge. its def. a good extra for if your not satisfied with good and u want great.

winston63: hey thats good to know eric. i've been considering this but didn't know if it could be used effectivley, when i already lift regularly. first thought it was just a lazy mans tool but heard some guys talking about the flex arms at the gym. glad i found this site.

Viktor: Hey man, I started using mine set at 30 and it took me about a week or so to go up to 50. I personaly have no time for the gym so between the flex arms and my pull up bar I am in good hands.

JARRETT: Yeah I started at 30 too. Increase by 5-10 every week, seems to workout for me with the FLEX arms. Had been outta the gym for a good ten years before i got this, didn't want to look like a fool when i joined up again. So i got this first, and went back to the club about, 2 mos later. Now i got my strength back and muscle increase too.

Tom: i'm a bit older than you guys i think-47- and i have had some chronic back problems that have made my usual lifting routines difficult and painful. i was even told by my doc that if i didn;;t lay off the weight bearing exercise i was gonna wind up needing surgery and i didn't want that. there are some reps that i do with machines and stuff that dont involve lifting but the results arent as good as with lifting, my arms had started to atrophy and get fat looking and i just dont want to be that guy. the Flex ARMS is a great subsistute and its even giving me some definiton i didn;t have back when i was lifting. i have it ujp to intensity level 50 but i want to jack it all the way up to the max soon. i am not gonna let myself go while i still have some say in the matter. thumb up-

arvid: my girlfriend just convinced me, to join a gym together. we went to gethr the first time and, we were both doing bicep curls. she added 10lbs to the bar, after me, so humilating. how long woudl i have to do this flex arms workout, to get stronger then her?

Kenneth: Dude having a strong girl friend is definately hot, enjoy it:) Mine keep complaining about her freaking arms and stomach and won't do anything about it. I can' really answer your question but I can say that it took me about 4 weeks of using flex arms to notice an improvement in strength while lifting. I do lift regularly but I like using the flex after a workout.

jackson: only thing i do besides this is bike. maybe pushups and situps on occasion but i cannot stand going into the gym. i either use the flex arms at home, or while im out riding to save time. getting enough definition to satisfy me.

scott: i'm a 3rd year engineering student, I'm very focused on my studies and just got my first off campus recruitment. I've never been a gym rat or even athletic, basically those guys have always beaten me up & gotten the girls. And i am not looking to go to a gym and become part of that culture, i just dont want to look like a puny mama's boy and constantly be told by girls that they just want to be friends. plus when i go out into the work force i know people judge you by how you look...i got the FLEX Arms 3 weeks ago after doing some research on Electronic Muscle Stimulation and im seeing some results. i'm able to use this at home while studying & i have it up to level 70 now. i think this is a good choice for a guy like me.

Rob: Is it possible for the flex arms to only work on my biceps and not the triceps?? I have nice biceps which i really worked hard to get them but somehow I don't seem to be able to get my triceps to get bigger. I am considering getting the flex to help as I feel I have tried everything to get them in shape. Thanks in advance!

H.Seth: Such a huge time saver. USed to spend about 30-40 minutes using free weights to get a good bicep & tricep workout, but now i can just use the FLex arms any time i want to, to free up my time. Usually, its right when i get home from work and am paying bills & such online. I dunno, somehow it seem to relive the stress too.

Thor: look theyve been using EMS for sports training in communist bloc countries since the '50s. it was time we got with the program. EMS equipement like the Flex ARMS is kick-a$$ for muscle recruitment and intense strength enhancement. studies have been done on this and they show that the involuntary contraction produces greater muscle enhancement than a "voluntary" (i.e. weight lifting ) contraction. Basically in lay man's terms this is the sh*t and our guys should be using it just as much as Sergei and Ilya over there in Russia.

Murdoch: Hey I dunno man, I use it for both bi's & tri's, that's where it fits on my arsm tooo. just stop working out the biceps for awhile until it all evens out or soomthing. or see if they got something else other then the flex arms, for your triceps only.

Marvin: I think that the flex ARMS sounds pretty interesting but I cannot help thinking what if I get it and it does not work as well for me? Can I get my money back? Has anyone ever tried to return it? THat's the only thing that's keeping me from buying it.

gordon: i am an older guy too and i am not as able to lift as i used to be, i use to be able to bench press 140 lbs , which i used to joke was the entire weight of my wife plus part of antoher lady (guess which part ha) my wife has always admired my strength and its been part of how we relate to each ohter. i needed to find away to keep it.l FLEX Arms has helped me with toning and definitioin, i have a lot of "muscle memory" bcs of how often i use to lift and it seems my arms responded very quick.

kip: it comes with a money back guarantee, for 60 days, i think it is. i made sure of it too, didn't wanna be stuck with some shoddy device (happened before). had my flex arms now for like 4 months, no problems, use it regular. never had a reason, to take 'em up on the offer.

Vincent W.: I look pretty good for my age (68) but I am not nearly as strong as I used to be. I have been trying out the flex Arms for the past 6 weeks and are starting to see and feel a nice change. I am pleased so thanks to my wife, she is the one who found out about it on google:)

Andrew: So now. NOt gonna brag, but my arms are pretty huge. I mean, I already got the guns, like the idea, of being able to use this thing on my rest days or when i ain't got time. IS it gonna fit around my arms, like is it a one size fits all type of deal?

William F.: Well how big are your arms? I am 18' and the flex arms fits me. It as a Velcro so you can adjust to your arm size. I am happy with my size but I am getting stronger and also getting more definition with the flex. Pretty good technology.

Ralph: Didnt think this was worth the money. MY wife got one for herslef plus one for me too. Said it would save us money that way. But guess what? I like my gym membership, and its got everything there! Why would i wanna spend more for something i already paying for? I like to get outta the house and sweat. If I'm already running on the treadmill, its not big deal to go and lift a few weights while i;m there. Maybe it works for you, I didn't think t was any better than my gym routine. And yeah, they refunded me for flex arms, no problems. At least theres that.

j. craig: Guess for some people its all a 'lifestyle' thing some peeps like to do things the hard way it makes them feel important or useful...me i have a very demanding job and a 15-years-younger-than me wife to challenge me & make me feel useful and successful, i dont need to go hang out with a bunch of sweating grunting guys to prove that. i lift in my home gym & do FLEX Arms at night while i'm chilling out & my arms are pretty much rockin'. so I am cool with this. good for a busy guy.

charlie: good for a lazy guy too. not afraid to admit it. i'd rather watch sportscenter all night than drag my butt back to the gym after working all day. no one knows i use that FLEx arms instead of weights, and what does it matter. end result is waht matters.

theBulk_KING88: hey guys...seems like some of you are a little bit confused about how FLEX Arms & EMS technology work. I'm a personal trainer & i thought i'd offer some facts & let you know that i'm happy to answer any questions you might have A lot of bodybuilders use EMS on rest days or in their off-hours in order to get maximum enhancement. so for you guys who are die-hard gym rats (i'm with ya, it's addictive) you don't have to give up the gym in order to use this. In fact, a lot of guys don't. Sure, some of you novices who just want to get the look don't need to hit the gym, but for you guys who are competitive or who just want to really amp up the muscle recruitment and bulk, you'll want to do your regular reps and use FLEX Arms to take it to the next level. Hit me with questions- I'll be checking back in regularly. - theBulk_KING88

damionisagoodman: got mine today, just finished first session, on the flex Arms. sorta tingled, was cool tho. i started at a level 60, it was a little intense but nothinng couldn't handle. am i gonna expect to be sore tomorrow?

CORBIN: DOES THIS FLEX ARMS THING HURTS WHILE USIN IT? I WANT SOEMTHING, THAT MAKES ME FEEL THE BURN.

larry: cool cool I am liking the flex ARMS a LOT one tip for you guys is make sure you keep the gel pads covered when not in use there should be little adhesive strips u can put back on top of them. if you don't they might collect some dust or other particles and then the stick will not be as good & u will have to replace. If you take care of them the gel pads will last quite a while, through many workouts.

Ben: Doesn't hurt man as for the burning sensation, I felt a little sore once I went up to 60 it goeess up to like 99. I think everyone should workout, it's not debatable, the flex arms is definately a great device to have around but nothing replaces a serious workout, especially the cardio.

DanBaldonado: Thx for the tip larry. That was gonna be my only complaint about the FLEX Arms purchase, the gel pads add up! Will try covering, hope they last longer.

roger: I def. feel that burn with The flex ARMS i have it at the highest intensity and my muscles are getting at workout no doubt. i wake up & feel the soreness and i know it's doing its job.,

Jay Arrgh: Never been much of an athlete but would like to try & gett bigger. If i get the Flex Arms what else do i do, to build mass? protein powders or something like that? I'm 37 and needing a drastic change.Would rather get started at home with something simple like this. Any advice is appreciative.

Eddie S: Signed up for hte subscription for Muscle & Fitness mag when I ordered my Flex ARms here, you should get that one too Jay. Give you all the tips you need, and plsus, it free for a year. I refer to that zine all the time for latest workouts, products, etc. Started at 160 about, oh 3 mos ago, no muscle. Am up to 171 now, and its all muscle, no fat. Arms are bigger, plus my legs too from other exercises i been doing. Seriously man, its helpful you gotta just try it.

theBulk_KING88: hey Jay...i think the question you are trying to ask is how to go about bulking. There are two kinds of training, bulking and cutting. With bulking you are actively trying to gain muscle mass, with cutting you're trying to lose fat while maintaining muscle. The nutritional needs for these two are pretty different, so its good you asked. For bulking, which seems to be what you want (assuming you are not an overweight guy) what you need to do is increase your daily calories. IMPORTANT: these have to be good, quality, muscle building calories, not cheese steaks & potato chips. sorry, that would be nice i know, but it aint like that. you wanna eat lean protein and whole grain carbs, not a lot of fat. What you do is start out eating 500 calories more than what it normally takes to maintain your present weight, while also doing your weight training workout (or in your case the FLEX Arms). If after a couple weeks you see that you are gaining too much fat you should scale that back to 300 cals. over maintenance. its a bit of a guessing game at first but after a while you will find out how many calories u need to maximize your muscle growht without gaining fat. i would maybe weight until you have graduated to the maximium intensitiy of FLEX arms prior to upping your calories, just to guard against fat gain. Good luck.,

Danny: I actually saw the results my wife got from using the flex arms that I decided to get one for myself. Pretty awesome, especially for my triceps which were always hard to get in shape. Thumb up.

Stu: Am in need of a decent at-home workout. Especially my arms need to get stronger. HOw does the Flex ARMS, compare to something like bowflex machine or that p90x workout? I not really looking for something too extreme but, wanna be sure to get the highest quality product i can find.

mix-k: hey i like p90x but as far as achieving that targeted really sculpted bicep/tricep blast its not quite enough. its awesome cardio tho, but Stu you dont mention yuour level of fitness..i only ask bcs P90x is no joke and you better be in top condition or your gonna get left behind. i find that the FLEX arms gives me sick arms on top of my regular weight training, or for a guy like you ( i think you are a beginner no offense intended if your not) who just wants descent toned arms, wants to look good and manly and all but isn't rlly chasing the dream like i am. goodluck man

Marc K.: I seriously thought it was joke when my kids gave me the flex arms for father;s day. I was like what the hell! But my oldest son was using it and thought it would be good for me and I think he was right. i've only used it twice but I like the way it makes my muscle feel. I look forward to get the results your guy have, would love to have more strength. Well thats my testimony.

mrbigshot: have to say, i look forward to using my flex arms more than i do using weihgts to workout my biceps and triceps. always seems like a chore to do that. now i only need to worry about a couple times a week as i use this the other days. and zone out in front of the tube while doing cardio..or wearing this. got lots more down time these days, love it.

Paul_NC: Hey "theBulk_KING88", so seriously you give advice for free? because I have question. I am really digging the flex arms and seeing the results i got from using it only make me want to get ripped everywhere. So my question is, what do i need to do to get huge? I love to run so I am pretty lean, should i just stop my cardio and just start lifting? I really have no idea where to begin. I am 5.9 and 161lbs.

dave: here's the deal: half of all guys are lazy as sin, & the other half are so freaking busy they barely have time to breathe. that's the truth...its male nature. we';re either vegging with doritos and beer on the couch or we're working ourselves into an early grave. i got sick of trying to fit in the extra gym time (on top of jogging) to get the kind of arms i want. i have a job & a family and lots of other stuff that matters more to me. but hell if i can still look good of course i want to. Just got the FLEX Arms and its too soon to give the verdict but it feels like work out, and to me that is a sign that it is one. pretty happy with the purchase so far.

theBulk_KING88: hey paul- yep, i guess I'm just that kinda guy. Although for the sake of not having to repeat the same stuff over and over, I would refer you to my earlier post about bulking, just for the basic instructions of caloric requirements for bulking. you do raise a good point & i'm glad you did, bcs I sort of neglected to mention it earlier (hey, it's free, what do you want from me?). A targeted arm muscle apparatus like the FLEX Arms is only going to bulk your arms, not your whole body. And while you're doing the calorie increase, you do have to be careful or your gains will turn to fat. I would recommend doing a rotating schedule of chest, legs, back, stomach shoulders etc. Biceps and triceps you have covered with your FLEX arms. i would recommend 4-6 sets of 8 reps. You can find instructions for most basic weight training exercises in a beginner's bodybuilding book. i personally like "no bull bodybuilding" by marc david, but any will do. As for cardio, there's more than one school of thought on that. some are dead set against it, some maintain that it helps with the msucle building. I would say it depends on your body and how quickly or easily you tend to gain fat. If ytou are a fast fat gainer, you might want to do short cardio workouts (30 min) a couple times a week to keep the fat down. If not, if you see your gaining muscle without the cardio, just skip the cardio until you reach your bulking goal, and then work it back in gradually as you taper off the calories.

Stu: Thanks mix-k thats what i sorta thought. Yeah, I'm outta shape, and no not lazy. Just when it comes to working out. I'm juggling three jobs basically and like dave says, no time to go the gym. Rather cut teh commute time, or whatever and do it at home. Flex Arms probably what i get .

Paul_NC: THANKS MAN!!! I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. I'll definately check a few books and get started asap.

ToolManGreg: USed to have a job that required heavy lifting so my arms were always in good shape. Since I retired 2yrs ago, I lost some strenght and most of that muscle had started to turned flabby. Its sorta depressing to see this happen, hoping to see as good results from the flex Arms as everyone else. Only got this a couple of weeks ago and can feel it working so far.

mario: cool to try another flex product. i been using the ab belt, or flexbelt or whatever, for like, a year. keeps my stomach firm. this works the same way, with the ems and i;m starting to see more definition from 5 weeks of using the flex arms. love these products.

David: What happen if I use the flex Arms for more than 30 mins a day? Can I hurt my muscles?

rob: i've got the Flex Arms all the way up to the maximum level now & theres definitiely some muscle contraction going on. i am following the recommended training schedule that came with the product so the high itnensity isn't uncomfortable or anything. so far i am seeing that my arms are getting stronger and i can feel that they are harder. next i want to see them start getting HUGE! a thumbs up.

vic_manning: not sure what'd happen if u use it for longer than 30 min but i just follow the instructions. one thing, probably the gel pads wear out quicker. i think, they put a max time on there for a reason, maybe muscles fatigue at that point? hope this was helpful, all i know is, 30min seems to be long enough for me for the Flex ARms, got noticebly more definitin in like, 4 weeks.

Keegan: My father is in his late seventies and still works out. However, he seems to be losing his coordination & balance as of late. Am thinking of geting the Flex Arms for him, seems like a good solution that might, keep him from dropping a weight on himself or something. IF anyone of that age has experience on this I 'd love to hear about it. However, I do think this looks preetty good for him.

Nathan: I recently lost about 45 pounds and I am not one to usually care about how i look but man my arms are a mess now, it's making me feel so self conscious that even when it's over 100 degres i dont wear tank shirt anymore. I read all your post and did a quick search on google about the flex arms and it sounds just like what I need right now. I ordered one and should get it in the next few days. I'll def post back soon.

theBulk_KING88: hi Vic there are a few reasons why you shouldn't go beyond the recommended time on the FLEX Arms or any other arm workout. For one thing, when you work out your muscles you are essentially tearing your muscles in a way, and they need time to heal or they'll stop growing. another thing is, some say that once you get to like 45 mintues of working out your cortisol levels increase. not sure if you know this but coritsol can turn on you. it is thought to be a cause of belly fat. So espeically if you are on an increased calorie bulking regimen you might wanna keep the cortisol under control. guys always seem to think with working out that if doing it is good, then overdoing it must be great. Not true. It could actually kinda backfire if you push yourself too hard. good luck

Correy: Great advice man! I am totally new to the work out world, I am 19 and have very small arms so I really appreciate the advice. I am actually one of those guys who think that overdoing is probably gonna make me bigger faster. I'll keep in mine what you said. I do workout 6 times a week and use the flex arms at night. It's been good so far.

ABE: Great blog, just found this site. Appreciate all the info about, the flex arms and working out in general. i played football in h.s. but, havent' done much of anything for quite soem tiem. Good to have a resource to go to, now that i'm about, 40lbs overweight and trying to get back in shape.

louielouie: don't know why, they don't just have a all in one thing. i thought id like the the flex arms better, but you know, i gotta workout my chest, shoulders and abs, plus my lower body. not a good investment to me, for an isolated workout. nice idea, but incomplte if you ask me.

frank: my GF has the FLEX mini, with women i think that's all they really care about is the flabby hanging down stuff on the backs of the legs. i was glad to see that the FLEX Arms takes it step further for guys bcs most of us are looking for more than just toning up a certain area of loose skin, we want our arms to look powerful and stuff which women dont care too much about unless they are madonna and she's starting to look pretty gross now IMO. Anyway, i like this bcs it works the biceps AND triceps and that's what i'm trying to strengthen. i have never done this type of thing before i am a total beginner we will see what happens but so far it feels like its working.,

dominic: it was about a year ago that i joined the gym, and i was getting frutrated with my workouts. I saw some improvement, right off the bat and then for the next like, 7 or 8 months, the gains, were pretty minor. I tried, switching up the reps and trying different machines or moves and still, it was more like i was just, maintainging, more than improving. Got the flex Arms just last month & am already increasing weight I lift and getting a little bigger. Wahtever its doing, its giving me that boost.

The_Big_Gun: Oh yeah baby, whos got big guns? FLEX arms ROCK!

Ray: Flex arms is working for me too, I have getting some nice definition and are also have more strength but I am still too skinny I think. What do i need to eat to get bigger without getting fat?

Jeremiah: Hey man, its tough to gain muscle and not fat, Take a look at what our bulk king friend said about, taking in more calories. Thats the key, but, to choose foods that are still nutritious. More protein, meats, cheese, eggs, etc. But watch the refined crap, the flours & sugars, they got no substance. You'll def see gains faster if you change your diet, along with Flex ARms and other workouts.

don: anybody else notice that the arm strength you get from the FLEX arms gives you more strength & stamina for..um, other activities, like not at the gym? ;) nice.

Oliver_MiamiBaby: More strength definately but stamina not really, good for you though:) Thumb up for making my arms no longer look like a woman! great device.

ziggy: so if got this, then, i still gotta go to weight room or no? i kinda confused. i wanted to get flex arms, to replace the gym time. how many tiems a week do i still gotta go then?

DOUG: HA! Nope not noticed more stamina but the arm strength - huge bonus! Especially since my fiancee notices too, says my big biceps turn her on. Unexpected side effect of using the FLEX ARMS, no comlaints here tho!

theBulk_KING88: Ziggy, man, it depends on what you're looking for. If you're just looking to tone up your arms, get some definition, etc. you can get that with the FLEX arms. if you are looking for total monster guns and vascularity (veins) you would probably want to do regular reps along with it., since you sound like a beginner i think you would probably be pretty happy with just the EMS (as long as you are not significantly overweight bcs then the fat might disguise the muscle definition). Maybe start training with it, see what results you get, and adjust according to the look you're going for. But you will have to do your own shoulder and legs workouts unless you dont care about taht. good luck.

Kristoff: THe Flex Arms are totally cool. Got my wife off my case about sitting around all evening not doing any thing. NOw I can glare at her, while I;m watching TV or shopping ebay or whatver and tell her, to leave me alone, i'm working out! She just, rols her eyes and walks away. Bcs she can't say nothing, its true. She sees I got them on and, I get 30 minutes of peace.

Jr. T.: huh, i never seen this one before. only seen the flex belt. can i get some kinda discount if get both, the flex arms & the belt? both look pretty rad.

Carlos: I am having a hard time seeing the difference in my arms after using the flex for 3 weeks but I do feel like I have more strength which is very nice. I guess it takes time, I'll try to be more patient.

Phil: Kinda interesitng that atheles use EMS technolgy too..to me that says it must work or they wouldn't waste their time. I mean, its not like NFL all stars or olympic athletes are looking for shortcuts so they can watch the tube. they're already walking the walk so to speak, so if they find benefit in something like the flex ARMS it makes me think there's probably something to it. Just placed my order. wlll check back

JeremyNYU: Someone sent me a twit (on twitter) about flex arms after I posted something like "my sister has stronger arms than me". So I checked it out and ordered it. I am getting stronger every week it seems I don't think I've ever since a triceps definition on me before now. very cool so yeah definately thumb up.

Uncle_Elroy: What IS that twitter all about anyway? I keep hearing of it but got no idea, what the purpose is. Any-hoo, I was just taking alook at this site, curious about the FLEX arms. Have learned about some effective products for my ED symptoms from the blogs, sounds like this might be another winner to try. Hard to build bak muscle since turning 60.

lyle: oh boy...can't believe we're getting into "twits' on this forum...this certainly dates me as older than many of you. When i was young a "twit' was a girl who didn't have a lot of brains or common sense. Oh well, I suppose everyhthing changes eventually, if you stick around long enough to see it. Not that I'm ancient - i am 64 years of age, but I haven't been able to work out like i once did, espeically when it comes to lifting. I use the Flex ARMS and the Flex Belt both, and while I can't say i look like a 20 year old, I know i look more toned than the average guy my age. i even give me 36 year old son a run for his money/.

Rufus: Started using the Flex arms in early spring as part of my "training" for tennis. Had a match out at the club last weekend and I do believe its helped impove my game, sicne i won!

JeremyNYU: Twitter is just a social network site where people chat and update their status about what they are doing at the moment etc...It sounds silly but it's really a great way to spread the word about anything. For example right now I get updates on what's going in Tehran and all over Iran when no journalists are allowed to broadcast. Anyway not sure it makes sense but I love it.

barryA.: GOt any tips for puting the flex on my arms on, i havea hard tiem secure it ta my rite arm. sometimes get frustrated, its slips around and i cant do it fast either.

derek43: Dude its not that difficult to put the flex arms on. if you can't figure it out, i don't know if i can help you. Anyway, wanted to say this works awesome for building my biceps & triceps. NOt a replacement for working out, a supplement ot my workouts so that i keep seeing growth. IF they ever come up wiht some shorts or something, that work like that mini skirt, i'll be first in line to get 'em.

rick: hey louielouie, so you're blaming the FLEX arms bcs you don't feel like working out your chest, shoulders and abs ? Seriously? That's effed up, man. ever heard of taking personal responsibility? What do you want, a full-body EMS suit? The FLEX arms doesn't advertise to be the FLEX Arms, Shoulders Chest & Lower Body, it's the FLEX arms. Simple. If you find that your arms are starting to look better than the rest of your body (which means the product WORKS btw) and that raises the bar for you, well, that's your conflict dude, it certainly is not reason to diss this product.

louielouie: well i not trying to diss the product, i just think its lame that, it only works those muscle groups. i think my money is better spent in more complete system. i mean, if they make it for the tris & bis why not for the pecs, is all i'm saying. if it works for you, sweet. i got it and realized, it wasn't for me right now. i don't see the point in having big arms when i got a flabby chest.

Todd: Well I think they do make one you can use everywhere. You should check on their webiste. I am not 100% sure but i remember seeing something like that. Me I got the flex arms because seriously that what all the girls seem to talk about, well that and the size of something else (mine is perfect). My arms were okay but I wanted to get some more definition and that what I am getting, also some more strength I noticed. I think it's a very cool little device, perhaps not for everyone but me i dig it.

JustinConners: You guys are funny fighting over who is right or wrong!! Bottom line everyone is different. My wife thinks that everyone should love yoga because it is the "best thing in the world" but I don't feel the same way, of course this does not mean that she is wrong / it just means we have different interests. I personally enjoy jogging, pull ups and just using my new little gadget flex arms. Bottomline find what works for you...in your life.

Sal: Seriously man, I'm with Rick. You can't expect to see huge results by only doing this, even if the arms is your focus. I have cut down my time at the gym by a bit, since i got FLEX arms to use at home or sometimes, I stick 'em on while running on the treadmill. Seems to be for me, the arms are the first area to turn to mush if i let 'em go even for a week. Thes are exactly what I need to keep 'em strong.

rick: ok, i will agree that everyone is different and not everything works the same for everyone, etc. etc. And LouieLouie, thanks for admitting that it was your unrealistic expectations and not the the FLEX Arms that was to blame. I mean, not to keep hammering on this but the product clearly states that it's for biceps and triceps only. You know what it was when you bought it, right? so then why do you come on here and bring down the rating of a good product because you boiught it without paying attention? That would be like me claiming that i thought my wife was going to turn into Gisele Bundchen after we got married and then blaming her for not doing that. C'mon man, if you're gonna complain, complain about some real injustice that was done to you.

ANDRE: Its working for me & thats that. I like how, I can change the intensity depending on how i'm feeling. SOme days, I feel like I want a intense workout, and then some days, after i pushed so hard, i need to go easy on myself. Its actually realy good to use flex arms on sore muscles, seems to help relax em or something.Anybody else find this?

GayFish: Me I just go up progressively. I started at 30 and slowly went up to 60. I am getting a very sweet definition. Good stuff.

yuri: sometime i noticed that, when using free weights, i would feel a sorta, pinch, in my neck and shoulders. nothing serious but, a little uncomtorble. thats my main reason to get the flex arms, so i can tone/build wihtout the pinching. it work as good as i hoped, had it for almost three months.

ConnorG: What's teh norm, on ordering more gel pads? Like do I get a bunch right away, is that what you all do? I'm gonna get my FLEX arms todoay, or order it I mean, and wanna know how many sets fo the pads to get with it for now. THx.

troy: i think regarding the gel pads it all depends on how well you take care of them. my first set i was lazy and i just left them on the equipment and left it out, so they got all dusty and dull way faster than they should have. You have to cover them up and then you w ill get more mileage out of them. That being said, i did order 4 packs of gel pads and that saved something like $12. its as good thing i did too because i went thru my first pack too qick, as i said before. Anyway, i really like the FLEX arms and i def. see results.

mel: am looking to increase my biceps by a few inches by using the flex arms. am feeling pretty optimistic, as i've seen .5 inch growth in this first month. am hoping to get at least that much from month 2, if not more. anyone been measuring? whats the average gains you all are seeing?

Tim: Not sure what's up with girls and arms these days but they sure seem to be more interested in the size of my biceps than what i have in my pants! So that's why I recently added the flex to everything else i already do to stay in shape. It does help that's for sure. I do wish the gel pads were cheaper but at least it works for me.

ed: Well i am a fat dude, to cut right to the chase, so the results i'm getting from my flex ARMS aren't showing up as much as they could be. but i can feel the muslcles under the fat and i can feel the burn after i have done it. I guess the next major obstacle is i need to lose the weight. Once that happens i think i will start to see some of the definiton i have been working on. can anybody recommend what is a good weight LOSS diet? i have been reading a lot on here about "bulking" and increasing calories but right now i need just the oppoosite. Any tips would be VERY appreciated.

Atom: Yeah well, Ed, all I've been doing to lose the weight, is, aside from exercising a little more (not extremely though) is mostly just cutting way back on calories. Its not been too much of a challenge for me, since I can just buy food at my work, from the cafeteria, and its pretty much encouraged to eat at our desks. So i dont have to get too tempted at lunchtime, to swing by for some fast food. Anways, so I've been eating fruit, oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast, some kinda light wrap or salod for lunch and a pretty lean dinner. Grains & a protein, salad & veggies. Cut out the soda and sweets too. That's working, I;m losing and getting more fit too. I run 3x a week, just a few miles, and use the flex arms for my biceps & triceps, then just some situps, gets good resutls.

braden X: Nice and reliable, just like the Flex belt. I got the belt, oh about, 1.5 yr ago and love it. Got me back in shape in the middle in a few months so now, its much easier to maintain. When I saw they had the flex arms, I jumped on it. Am at a point now where i can wear a tank top & not care if people are staring, cuz i know i;m looking good.

marlon: Yeah it's pretty amazing how much I burn when u run too, I think if it was not for running, I'll be fat too. I am really interested it trying out those flex arms thingy, I like what i am reading about it. I am not so sure about the price though, $199 seems like a lot of money, hard to say. I sure would love to get some more biceps and triceps definition.

ed: Atom, thanks, man..i really appreicate it. I'm going to start doing something similar. You said you cut way back on the calories...how much does that mean? if i had to guesstimate i would say i probably am eating about 3,000 a day now (i knwo thats a lot, thats probably how i got fat) but i want to cut down. the thing is i wanna cut down without being starving all the time. anyway, thanks for the advice. glad to hear your doing well with it.

Josh: Me, I had to think about it practically. So what's two hundred bucks? It pretty much adds up to 2 nice dinners out. That's it. Its so easy to spend that kinda money without thinking about it, so really to sacrifice a couplea nice meals for more strength & definition? Really a nobrainer. I know we all got different circumstances, this is just how i had to look at it. In my opinion, flex Arms is totaly worth every penny.

Derick: 3000 calories? Man that's a lot I think. I am mean I am no health expert but I am 5.9 and eat about 1800 i think. I am happy with my weight but need help in the muscle departement:) I just ordered the flex-arms adn I have to say after what i read, I am pretty excited about it. BTW, Does anyone take anything for energy? I think I am need something to boost me at the gym, I've been kind of tired lately.

Evan: The FLEX Arms feels kinda strange at first, a lil tickly and kinda weird but then i got used ot the sensation and i like it now. i can feel my muscles contract and i know they are getting a workout. this is very cool technology and i like that i am the first of my friends to have it, i've alwayhhs been a little ahead of the curve that way, first to get an iPhone, first to get on twitter, etc. i am always on the lookout for cool new stuff and i am liking this a lot.

Quentin: I dunno, I never count my calories, not what I eat anyways. I know how much I burn, on the cardio machines, and that's it. Its the way I feel thats important. Oh and hey Derick, try Nuphedrine, to get a boost. I take it & can push harder. Between that and Flex arms and my workouts, I've reduced my body fat % by about 8%

ryan: try being a dad of a toddler again at age 52 - that's my situation and the little bugger's getting bigger every day. it was kind of bad when i felt like i could barely lift him a couple of days ago. I still do my cardio workout which helps me stahy in shape but i need extra emphasis on the old arms so i can pick up my son and spin him around like dads should. and the FLEX Arms seems to be a good solution. i just placed my order and i feel veyr hopeful that this could work out for me.

Derick: Thanks man, I am going to check it out. BUt how about Hydroxicut? Is it more for girls? I saw they had a good price for it at wall Mart.

arnieP: when my wife & i first started dating, in college some 20-odd years ago, i was pretty ripped. especially my arms. she loved them. then she started pinching the fat, in a sorta loving-but-mocking way. it was okay for awhile..until the sex sorta died away. now i've been working out agan, but man, its hard to turn it all back to muscle after so many years. the flex Arms, its helping a lot, i'm pleased to see vast imporvement after about a month now of using it 5x/week. she's noticing too, think we've reignited the spark.

VERN: No way dude didnt you see the recall for hydroxycut? i'm surprised they even can stil sell it. Heard it was causing som e sort of live r problems, i'd stay away from that sh#@. I don't even do any supplements like that tho, just some protein powders and vitamins. I figure I;m playing it safe with things like Flex arms and a jump rope.

marco: Derick dude, your nuts they discontinued hydroxycut, right? I know i read they recalled it or something..that stuffs no good. re: ohter stuff for energy i wouldn't know, i just know that stuff is the worst. i am a fan of the FLEX Arms, its working for me and i am doing a bulking regimen to.

keith: my wife since she turn 40 has been obsessed with having arms like Madonnas IMO i think madonnas arms ard discusting she doesn't even look like a woman. and thats the problem, all of a sudden my wife is looking all buff and i look like some little sissy-boy. i started witt the FLEX ARMS this week and i can feel that they are giving my arms a good work out. hopefully this will get things back to normal in my house

Clifford: Started having some bone loss & was told I needed to start strength training. Didn't know where to start so I started with Flex ARMS. I had to start at level 20 and gradually make my way up, only to about 60 is all I can handle. And it toook me nearly 3 mos to get there. Still, Ive gotten enoug strenght to begin a regular workout session 3 times epr week, in addition to using this device on the other days. Very good.

Shane: Do you guys take anything to help in the bedroom? I am currently trying Aspire 36 and that thing is balls. The flex arms is pretty good, I am not getting the same result as you guys but it's because I don't use it every day and i know that. I will start seriously this week because i like what i am reading here, I just haven't had time really.

jonathan: i've never been an athletic type but i heard about EMS technology from my chiropractor believe it or not. she uses ohter EMS devices for her practice, to help with neck pain and stuff. i knew i wanted something that would help me with toned arms without putting strain on my back or neck, and the Flex Arms has been just the ticket. i'm happy with it.

Ashford: That's what I'm worried about most, that I'd go ahead and buy this thing and then it'd sit in my closet forever, after the first month. Like just about everythng else I buy. You guys have like, a set routine for usng the FLEX arms? I just , could see myself putting it off, even for something as simple to use as this seems to be.

Z.: Nice! Seen a 40% increase in strength and about a quarter inch in size on each of my biceps. This, after just aobut 2 mos using the Flex Arms.

Thomas: when i saw that Jerry Rice recommends the Flex ARMS i was like 'dude, sign me up, i'll have what he's having.' That guy's pretty much my hero - best wide receiver EVER..i will never forget how he made 11 passes for 215 yards against the bungles (Bengals) in Superbowl XXIII...just phenomenal. if he gets something out of this then i know its not just for sad lazy losers. I've been using it in addition to my regular reps and my arms are finally starting to look awesome.

OrvilleRed: Am not doing anythng else besides using this, not for my arms anyway. And am stil feeling like I get a workout from flex ARms, combined with my swimming & jogging, definitly can see more definition. if you otherwise active, i think you can use it instead of wegihts, thats how it works for me anywyas.

Chase J.: Good to hear I am not the only one who does nothing else. I mean seriously I just use the flex and that's all ( i also have the flex belt). I feel like I am the laziest person on earth but I look pretty good, I think. I do pretty healthy, no processed food at all. So I say 2 thumbs up 4 the flex belt and flex arms.

Teddy: Man I know I;m not a lazy person, and I bet your not either. Using stuff like this the Flex arms, the belt and what have you, is being pro-active, that;s what I think! I am a busy person and sorry, I dont have hours to spend at the gym. I work ten hour days and trying to get my own business started on top of that. With a wife, 3 kids, 2 black labs, I mean, I really don't have time. Let think of this as, being smart.

charlie: Well i think maybe different people have differnet lifestyles, etc. some are gym rats some are nerds, some think its cool to go to the gym others think its a waste and would rather veg in front of the TV. It doesn't really matter actually bcs it seems like we all have the same goal which is to look good & maybe even feel a lil stronger. so its kind of fine that the Flex ARMS can be used by workout types or non workout types, whatever you prefer. and its not like we're on opposing sides we're just using slightly different approach to looking how we want to.

Matty: This is for Ashford, asking about how to stick with it? Well, I know what you're saying about, buying things and never using them after awhile. Happened to me with a Nordic track. Nice idea but after awhile, it just became a piece of space-waster in the basement. At least so far for me, its different with the Flex arms. Because, I don't gotta be confined to a dark basemetn to use 'em, and I do think it helps to put 'em on whle doing a cardio workout. Kill two birds & all. Do whatever works, watching a program, riding a bike, checking email, heck, eating lunch! Create a routine and yeah, you'll be able to be more consistent wiht it.

Harold: 1/2 inch increase in bicep, quarter inch increasse in tricep, now bench pressing 170 lbs. thumbs up to the flex ARMS.

Peter: I know it's a terrible excuse BUT I just don't have time to use the flex arms every day for 6-7 weeks. I lasted 3 days and now it's just sitting on the bottom of my closet. I waited too long to return it so now it's too late to get my money back. I guess I am posting either for someone to take it off my hands at a good price or perhaps for advice on how to make it more fun. Not really motivated to use them.

Daddy_Warlock: YOu got to be kidding me! You "don't have time" to use your flex arms?? HOW do you not have time to but something on each arm, press a button, and go about your business? I mean, how lazy can you be, dude? You don't have to go anywhere or even, devote 30 minutes to using it, not really. Since your stuck with it, you might as well make the most of it. Do you do anything already? Run, bike, play frisbee, anything (not in the water)? Just make it a part of your exercise. And anyway, you only have to use it 5 days per week. This, really, is the lamest excuse i ever heard. First of all, If you want something bad enough, you make the time for it. And second, this is so simple, you can wear it while watching tv for chirst;s sake! C'mon man, stop making excuses and give it a chance.

Bill M: What do you consider a good price? I'll be willing to make a deal with you, Peter, if you really don't think you're gonna use 'em. My boy's been bugging me for his own pair of Flex arms, it be great if I can get some for cheaper. Email me: williammackenzie @yahoo.com. Look forward to your response - Bill.

gerry: this is something i use almost every day, without even realy thinking about. using the flex arms is not realy like a "work out" i mean, it is, but its not like i gotta be in that "go get 'em" mindset, you know? first thing i do when i get home is change my clothes and put these on, then sit & watch the news for a half hour. when its done, i can take them off, and go get some chores done, or maybe go for a walk, whatever. an effortless sorta workout is what this isfor me.

Peter: What's your problem man (Daddy_Warlock)? I didn't post for people to judge me? I am not even gonna answer you, get a life brah. Anyway, I'll send you an e-mail Bill, thanks for your interest.

arnold: well, i don't think there's cause for this much argument or whatever, but i do think that the flex ARMS does make it pretty easy to multi-task. that's what i like about it. the only think i sometimes have issues with is using it while i'm typing or writing, it sometimes makes my arm or hand move a little with the muscle contraction, and so i sometimes type the wrong thing. But if your like watching TV, or jogging on a treadmill, or doing a whole bunch of other stuff, you can fit this in while your doing that.

alan_r43: What is this, ebay? I didn't think this site was a place to come & try to nickel & dime folks. I'm here to get more info on how to use Flex arms to get bigger biceps, which is great, I've seen some good advice. I got mine only 4 days ago and did not think it was too expensive at all, for what it does. I mean, I could easily spend the same on a good pair of athletic shoes or more for a gym membership. It's good so far, I'm anxious to start building!

Daddy_Warlock: Hey, you asked for the advice & I gave it. You even said you had a bad excuse, I'm just calling it like it is. If you want something to work, make it happen. Don't sit back and be the victim - too many people do that these days, just realize, you ahve a choice.

Vince: Hey Pete, I am with you man, I work really long hours so went I get home, I just want to drink a beer and watch some porn! I do make the time for the flex though, I've search for something like that for too long not to use it. The other reason is that it just work so to me and seeing my skinning arms getting into shape is pretty motivating.

Pete: Okay Bill, sorry man, turns out I think I am gonna just hang on to it and give the flex arms a chance. Thanks for all the feedback. After all it will be nice to get some biceps action going, It's been 2 days since my last post and I started using it again. I am at level 20 right now since starting and let me say the damn thing feels like its gonna work. Thanks anyway Vince.

Clint: I think the FLEX Arms is actually hitting some muscle groups that i miss with my lifting bcs i am starting to notice more defintion than i had before, I have been working prety hard and its actually kind of funny that the thing that's finally giving me that over-the-top hard body arms i wanted is smething i don't even have to make an effeort at.,

K.Harper: You know, not that anyone heres gonna rip anyone off or anything but, I just want to say that, in my experience, its always better to go directly through the company when purchasing products like this. I made the mistake of buying a rowing machine from some guy once, and when it came, some parts were missing. And of course, I couldn't send it back, or reach the guy for a refund. No warranty, guess I'm just, wanting to caution you about this type of transaction. So many scammers out there, its best to get any product, including the flex arms, froma legit source.

neil: hi i am 6'2" and 154 lbs. never can gain weihgt. is the flex arms something i can start with or should i look for a trainer? idont even know where to begin but, i'd like to gain some muscle.

theBulk_KING88: hey, Neil, well, i think you will also need to alter your dietary regimen...i think for you, it would be similar as the bulking regimen i specified earlier in this blog (if you scroll back up you can find my tips). For a guy liek you, you might need gto take a few extra measures to really ensure the gains. Esepoically since you aren't worried about gaining too much fat, you will want to eat more fats than what i recommend for regular bulking. BUT you would want them to be HEALTHY fats such as omega 3s, which you can get in tuna, flaxseed, etc, and nuts and legumes are really good too. I also would recommend a protein powder just to up your calories in a nutritious way. The FLEX arms can definitely enhance all of this but you need fo follow a dietary regimen. And if you are looking for muscle tone in the rest of your body you';ll need to do some sort of strength training on those areas as well. good luck man.

Bill M: Aww too bad, Pete, but good for you. I'm just kicking myself for not getting one for my kid when i ordered my flex arms, coulda gotta discount then. Aww well, his birthday's coming up, guess I can get him one then. He'll be stoked to finally have it, and well, I'm sick of sharing.

tom: Pete you got to crank that baby up to 60 or more. Although, as a beginnger, maybe you should take it gradual. thats what they say you should do so it doesn''t feel to weird.

Howard, Memphis: Great product, didn't think I'd be able to get back in the weight rooom at my age (73) but with a few months of using the FLEX arms and gradually, increasing intensity level, I started training again. Am able to lift 20 lbs more now even, then when I was in my heyday. Never thought it was possible but i am quite greatful for it.

PAUL: MY WIFE WANTS A FLEX ARMS TOO, DO THEY COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES? SHOULD WE SHARE OR GET HER OWN? THX

Les, Bayside: Well now, I'm sorta, a big guy, I guess maybe, more stocky, not fat. And in fact, my chest is pretty well defined. But my arms, they sorta were looking, mushy, I guess is a good word. So like when I wore tshirts, my arms looked more fat, i saw some pictures of myself, decided to take charge. Got to say, in about, I dunno 6 weeks? 7 weeks? of using the Flex arms? More defined. Strenght is pretty much the same, its the shape, thats better, firmer. Thumb up.

mike P.: My wife uses the Flex Tricep Arms which is just for chicks i think (at least, hers is way to small to fit me) and she really likes it. her arms were starting to get kind of gross like when she waved they would jiggle around and stuff and now she looks hot. Its made by the same co.

Malcom: If you are gonna share I recommend buying a lot of extra gel pads. i used to share my flex Arms with my brother and run really fast when u share. That sucker actually lost it if you can believe it! SO I am here to see if anyone has one if wants to see for cheaper than retail. I was starting to look really good adn would love to get back to using it. Thanks.

wayne: i definitely was not a strong or atheltic guy for most of my life but then after i trhew oiut my back at 40 and the gained 27 lbs i knew i needed to get stuff under control. i had always just been a skinny guy before that but i guess the combination of having a lower metbolism after age 40 and also being inactive for that time really did a number on me.. so i decided to start doing some swimming for cardio and i was going to do lifting too but my doc said no way not with my back. so i started uising the FLEX arms instead & now after a few months i have this body that different more muscular than it was before. skinny was one thing, but now i feel kind of powerful and i like it.

docroberts: best portable fitness device i've bought, ever. i travel about one week out of the month, every month and it was having a serious impact on my workouts. this comes with me everywhere, working out with flex arms, is really not a issue or a question; its just, a given, that its gonna happen 4 or 5 days a week.

alan: is it hard to charge the batteries on the FLEX arms? does it run out of juice quickly?

Michael: Love the idea but are kind of broke right now:( I am still in college and I hate to admit I am more of nerd than a sport guy, yet I'd love to get laid but I am feeling pretty self conscious about my lack of muscles. How is good is the pull up bar? Or can anyone recommend something under 20 bucks?

Donald S.: The Flex Arms, comes with a power supply unit, so you just have to recharge it when it runs outta juice. Had mine awhile, about 3 months or so, never had to change the batteries on it.

brian: I do 10-12 close grip presses, dips, and triceps pushdowns every other day, plus barbell curls on the alternativing days. i hit the triceps hard but even then thehy weren't quite as monstrous as i wanted. I started adding the FLEX arms on 5/27 of this year and man i am JACKED. this was the little bit of extra i needed to take it over the top.

Yan: I remember the college years man! best time of my life. I was really skinny but still got the girls because i was good singer:) If you are too busy with school work just save a little but of money for awhile and get the real thing : the flex arms. If not just do sit up and push ups everyday if you can, it's hard but it works!

Tyler: Anything you do is gonna help, Michael. A pull up bar, push-ups, sit-ups, there' lots of exercises you can do without, needing to spend any money at all. And I mean, if you reall don't have the cash, use your books, or a 2 liter of pop, to do curls wiht. At least to start. Whatever you have, get creative and just start training. You;ll see results. So start saving, and then once you get some cash - or a line of credit- you can think about steppng it up a notch with something lke the Flex arms. I think, this is a great way to get started, but you gotta be smart with your money too.

MITCH_7712: Can't decide on what to get, is the Flex arms any better than that perfect pushup I keep seeing? I'm most interested in my arms, but getting to the chest & shoulders wouldn't hurt either. ANyone tried that, know how it compares?

luke: at first i thought the FLEX Arms was one of those kinda joke products that dont work...but then i started reading a little bit more about EMS and how its a valid technolgoy and i stood corrected. And its been working too - i have gained a quarter of an inch on each tricep which has always been a puny area for me.

Ray, MT: Just got the Flex belt to go along with my flex Arms. These have done wonders with firming up my arms, can't wait to see what it does for my abs.

vince: hey so there's a 60 day money back guarantee on The Flex ARMS? well geez i am going to try it then. you guys seem to think its working for you, and even if it doesnt work for me i will just get the money back,.

DJAnon: That Perfect Pushup thing is way overrated, IMO. I used my buddy's a couple of times. Its a bit difficult to use, first of all, so yeah, youll gain some strength but, you gotta already HAVE some strenght or you won't go so far. See what I mean? And I didn't feel so stable on it. My friend, he likes it , though I can't say he's gotten huge from using it. But, it does depend what you're going for. The Flex Arms, its just for biceps & triceps, and it works quite well on those muscle groups. The cool thing is, you can start on lower levels & build up, really easily. If this is the area you wanna develop, get this, and do pushups or bench presses, other exercises to get your chest & shoulders.

Marcus: Totally know what you mean, Luke. Was a skeptic about the Flex arms myself, until I started to use it, even. I thought it sounded cool and all, but didn't think it do much more than just, massage my muscles or something. Ended up getting it after seeing the reviews, still had my doubts but stuck with it. By the third week, I was lifting more at the gym and had to increase the level. I think it helps with my recovery time too,its really a good tool, Genius, even.

vince: i've been doing P90x for cardio and overall strength, and its cool, I like it, but its never quite given me that "horsehoe definition" in the triceps that i've always been after, you know like the arms Schwarzenagger had back in the 70s and 80s? a lotta guys might not know this but triceps are totally the key to having MONSTER looking arms. and altho P90x does an adqeuate job for sure, i wanted to really concentrate on the medial head and the lateral head of my triceps. The Flex ARMS has helped me to really focus in on those areas and build them up so they are completely ripped and have the horsehoe definition. its definitely a good addition for anyone who wants to elevate their game just a little higher.

Adam: WOw P90x, that thing is hard core. Good for you man! I agree with you about the triceps. I spent a lot of energy making my biceps bigger and they look good but my arms are looking way better now that I am working on the triceps too with the flex. And my biceps are looking even more sick!

EliWesche: NEver heard of that, no idea what that thing does. All I know is, I could curl 15 lbs on each arm and only about 10lbs for tricep kick backs. NOw I got 30 lb dumb bells for the biceps curls and 25 on my tricps since been using FLex arms for a few months. I dunno, if thats a lot or what but its big for me.

lloyd: thats awesome eli. i juist need to get something to bulk up my thighs now... i hate having skiny legs altho my GF says i am crazy, she says skiny legs are a gift from god. She uses the Flex Enervive on her legs to make them look toned. maybe i should try that, i guess you can put those on any location. anyway, i do like the FLEX arms a lot and i am def stronger .

GUS: Whats the Flex enervive? I didn't see that on the site to add on to my purchase of the Flex Arms? Just the belt. Am psyched to start using this on my triceps, especially. Gotta wait a few days but, think its gonna be worth it.

Wyatt M.: Yeah, so I;m really stoked about this, I've been real lazy about my arm workouts and just got my set of Flex ARMs 2 days ago. Just curious, how you know, when yor ready to move up to a higher intensity. I feeling the tingling at 20, stayed there for 2 days so far. Jsut wondering, will I just like, know, when I'm ready for more? Like I said its been awhile since I really worked out so I wanna take it eaasy..but not TOO easy.

Mark: I started at level 30 and worked my way up to 60 in about 4 weeks. I just keep adjusting the level to what feels comfortable at the time. Like i feel it but are not in pain. Basically the stronger i get the higher I go.

funky_fredd: that's about what i did too, every few days i'd give it a little more gusto and once i got to 80, afeter about 7 weeks of using Flex arms, Iw as right where i wanted to be, for both my bi's & tri's. and now i only gotta use 'em, 2 or 3 times per week to maintain, and keep it at that same level. i can feel it, and i love the burn.

mick: i thought the Perfect Pushup was less than perfect...it was awkward and not really for beginers. AND even after i used if for a while i didn't notice the kind of results i was aiming for. there was a bit more tone but not those awesome ripped triceps i wanted. I'm going to try the FLEX Arms now.,.maybe i will use it with the Perfect Pushup, or maybe alone,. we will see what gives the best results.

ron: Nice. I've been doing a bulking routine - bicep and trcep reps every other day plus protein powder and flex ARMS and i have gotten half an inch of growth onto each biicep and 1/4 inch on to each tricep.

Rodney: Are the gel pads the same, for the FLEX arms and FLEX belt? I thought i might get both right now, and could get a buncha pads at once, if theyre interchangeable.

Mario: I too have the perfect push ups and they aren't bad at all. I actually use them regularly. The flex arms is just a great way to get more definition and strength for me.

Sal: Really, you actually got one a those Perfect push up deals? I just, was sorta turned off by the name of that and besides, I got no problem doing pushups on myown. But I always hated it that, on cardio workouts, my lower body always gets worked so much harder than the upper. I feel like, its finally getting a workout now too, when I wear the Flex arms while doing cardio. Usually i jog, but sometimes I get on the bike or a machine or somoething. Think its getting me to push harder even.

ed: i got the Flex ARMS because i read that it is good for seniors. I'm a senior and my back isn't what it used to be. lifting weigths has been out of the picture for a while now, and i can't do pushups. but i wanted to maintain my msucle mass in my arms i have always been athetlic and i don't want to lose that. this has enabled me to keep up the level of fitness that i want.

carmine D.: someone asked about flex enervive? it's the same concept as the flex arms its on this site too - just, you can use it on just about every muscle group. my wife has one of those, its cool, she doesnt work out to much so feels better for using it on whatever aera is buggng her. i like this one, since it gets both muscle groups done at once.

BILL: Works great. I got my Flex Arms to help me gain some strenght back, after I broke both my arms in a bike accident last year. Got the strenght & def back and then some. Thumb up.

Lee Roy: Thats good to know, that this is somehting seniors can use. I was thinking about getting one for my dad; I'd have to be the one to order, since the old man refuses to get an internet connection in the house. So frustrating, hes been missing out on some good things. Or is there a phone number to order? I really think he needs to get one of these, he's looking more unfit ever time i see him.

Eddie: Just measured myself (I mean my biceps that is) and i am 1 inch bigger!! I am super impressed.

jonathan: i have been doing biceps curls pushups and preacher curls every other day combined with a 3 mile run daily plus 500 calories over maintensance foodwise to bulk - also i put whey protein on my food. Just added trhe Flex ARMS and i think that's finally pulling it all together. I am starting to see some sick definition and strength.

Kenneth IN: I am 68 and still lift weights every other day! I think that 60 is the new 40 and I refuse to be treated like an old man, i think it's up to all to remain young! I have used the flex arms to complement my exercise routine and I like that a lot so far. Somehow i feel it makes me stronger over all, so that works for me.

DevilOfTasmania: Guys at the gym think i'm hardcore, they see me working out plus wearing my FLEX arms. I've seen a couple of them with their own lately too, guess they wanna be jsut like me, ha.

Allen: IS this an appropriat e gift for a woman? Mine is always complaining about her fat arms, as she says but won't do antyihg about it. She could use something like Flex ARMS, don't wanna be put in the doghouse for getting it though.

Walter: I think you should get the flex arms for yourself and have her try it and keep it for her if she likes it. NO? That's what i would do, women are very weird like that, they have all kind of codes we are supposed to know. Anyway, I personally think the flex works great for my arms so i don't see what it wouldn't on a woman.

Ed: well kenneth that is great that you are still able to lift weights at 68 you should be grateful, however, a lot of guys our age including me (i am 65) can't do that due to some ongoing back problems..i have had to have disc surgery twice and i would end up in traction if i tried to go back to lifting. I do wish you would not stigmatize those of us who rely entirely on the Flex ARMS. Because i will tell you this: I don't look like an old man, and my 42 year old gifrliend doesn't think so either.

lukas: i have purchased this for my son, he is bullied at school and i havce had enough of this. he is a good natured, gentle kid, but he's just short and skinny for his age. He doesn't deserve this crap. I am going to give him some boxing lessons too but first i want him to get some fearsome arms to make those little brats think twice. you can pretned to ignore it as long as you want but in the end i think you just have to face it head on before it will go away. My son is going to have to face it. thanks for the information about the FLEX arns. i hope to have a success story to tell.

Kenneth: Sorry if I offended anyone, it was not my intention. If anything, I was hoping it would motivate people my age to challenge themselves. I do thing the flex is great and that's why i am using it.

Kyle: People think I look younger now too, since I lost almost 20lbs, 17 so far by using the Flex Arms and running for 45 min. 4 days per week. That's the only change I did, diet stayed the same and in about three or four months, boom, i was a lot trimmer. Got sick of people thinking I was the old guy at work...I'm only 31, some of the 25 yr olds though, had me pegged for over 40. So depressing. But lately, some of the girls are flirty wiht me & they never were before. Never realized how being overweight, also made me look old.

RonF: Man, this is such a huge comment stream on FlexArms! I'm getting psyched just reading all your guy's stories and just ordered mine. Looking forward to this helping me keep the guns in the show.

pete: yep, that's completely the way kyle..my problem was i was using the FLEX Arms to tone up but i was so big (278 lbs) that i really could not see the results. i was almost ready to stop using the FLEX Arms, i wasn't seeing anything, but then i decidded to try diet and exercise, and within 2 mos and losing 15 lbs only, i started seeing the definition i had been buildling. so thats the key with this, i think. it still WORKS if your overweight, but you won't be able to TELL how well it works until you shed some lbs.

MMAmaster: Lots of body builders on here. I'm a fan and giving you guys big ups. My thing is more Mixed Martial Arts, where lean and defined is the only way to go. THe FLExArms are keeping me on point. Not sure if it was already mentioned that Bruce Lee (THE KING) practically invented EMS for fitness and I was stoked to finally find this one. Lots of bad stuff out there and this is the real deal.

Dimitri: It didn't do much for me. I used the Flex Arms for a week, every day and had it set on level 50. I could barely feel it so the next week I kicked it up to 70. nOt much stronger, I didnt think. I boxed it up & sent it back, rather go the old-fashioned route in the wiehgt room.

MarkH: Hey MMA, you parctice Kenpo too? Using the FlexArms during my stances and man, the burn is way more intense in each posture. Love these things.

Paul: I fell in love with the yoga practice about 1 year ago, so much that I've stopped all the weight lifting i used to do and as a result I feel like even though i still have some nice biceps and triceps definition, my arms have gotten a lot smaller and they are not as strong as they used to be. Would the flex arms really help get some of that strength i used to have back?

Jonas: Been fighting with my arms for years. At some stages, have had perfect size and definition and then I drop off my gym schedule for a minute and it's like instantaneous muscle death. THis is a part of everyone's body that just needs constant attention and the Flex Arms allow me to maintain, even when I'm off routine. I have two sets and take them wherever I go.

tim: Wow, Bruce Lee is my idol, I very much believe in his philopshy of Jeet Koon Do "way of the intercepting fist" and i also totally stand by his approach of weight training for strength, running for endurance, and stretching for flexibility. I also meditate daily using ye young qi gong meditation. I thought that adding EMS to this regimen would violate Lee's teachings, but if he actually got beihnd EMS and used it himself, well then i can only imagine htat i will benefit as well. thx for that information bcs it truly helped make the decision for me.

bryan: yeah it will totally help with your strength paul. yoga's great, but not enough, i see the yoga teachers in the weight room all the time at my health club, building strenght comes from greater resistance training. a buddy of mine is big into practicing, i only go about once a week or so. i'm more of a cardio guy, i need to move and sweat. and am loving my biceps since getting the flex arms -sick!

rick F.: Just an FYI, for anyone looking to get this, the have good deals on the Flex ARms website for the flex arms and also, for extra gel pads. I saved some cash here when i ordeed 4 sets up front, i figure, i'm gonna need 'em anyway so why not.

Gary: i use the Flex Arms in combination with the flex belt for my abs & i think i am looking in better shape than i have been in years. i have also started running 2 mi a day which really does help my cardiovascular health i can now run longer without getting out of breath and that also helps me in other situations, you know, without huffing and puffing. i am not looking to bulk i am fine with having a lean but muscluar build so i watch my carbs and fat and maintain at about 2,000 cals.

TTT: Used FLEX Arms since they first came out - they keep me looking good even when I'm not pumpin at the club. Just had to order another since my girlfriends swiped mine. Good stuff - now she's going to stay looking tight too! AwYeahhh, just the way I like her.

Paul: Thanks man, I am definately gonna try the flex arms. Hopefully it will give me some strength back. I feel good about it.

Cassandra: Just a few of us in this testosterone field, but I wanted to say that I love my FLexArms too! Ladies, if you're out there, this is the best way I've found to keep the teacher's chalk board arms away. I know you know what I'm talking about if you're a woman.

T. Simpson: I dont have proof but i could swear that the FLEX arms is also improving my circulation.,usually i have extremely cold hands, my wife always comments on it. I think this is makeing an improvement. I have read that EMS can help with that. Whatever it is, whether its that or the cardio workojuts i started, i'm glad to see thats improving. i also am starting to see more muscle tone and i have lost 7 lbs on the cardio.

Jeremy: Whats a good exercise for chest? I am 19 years old and I do love the flex arms for my biceps and triceps but my chest is so flat! I am not sure what to do.

GymJim: I believe you have better circ, T. THink a lot of EMS has been used in physical therapy for just that purpose. flexArms work for me. Busted my leg about three months ago and have been in a cast - no gym. It's like no air, for me, but been doing what I can at home and at least this is helping keep my upper body in shape. Legs are going to have to come later - will start PT next week, maybe they'll use some EMS on me.

W.: What IF, I want a do curls, and also, wear a flex arms at the same tiem? is that ok or agains the rules?

theBulk_KING88: hey i like to alternate chest workouts becuase the tissue in the chest muscles tends to get very sore. i like to start out with a chest blast that mixes pushups with dumbell bench presses ...then one the next day, i do dumbbell bench presses on the incline, flat and on the decline with no rest in bnetween. You have to take every 3rd day off tho or you will be too sore to continue. good luck buddy!

MikeM: THe FLEX arms - 30 minutes a day. Even on rest day. Looking for FLEX chest and legs too.

tyler: make yor own rules up, man. do what you think is working, just don't strain yourself.i don't realy see a need to wear the flex arms while doing a bicep or tricep workout, i mean, its kinda a waste of time to do it that way, in my opinion. but to wear it while working out your glutes, hamstrings, quads & calves? totally. or cardio like lots of others say. makes my total workout time more efficient.

KENTON: Ha, eventually we'll all be hooked up to electronic devices, from head to toe, looking like Frankenstein or something. A buff Frankenstein, that is.

Jeremy: Thank you very much "theBulk_KING88" !!! I am gonna try just that. I may have someone translate what you said though:) I've never really lifted anything before.

theBulk_KING88: your very welcome, bro. good luck with it, and feel free to ask me any extra questions....

Connor: Yeah, def good advice for the little man. Working out consistently is all about coming up with a routine that doesn't feel routine to you. Just wanted to put out that I would be no where without my Flex arms. Well that is not totally true, but they really help me keep everything in line. I do agree with someone in else in here though - kinda overkill to use them during wight training.

ryan: is there a FLEX chest? man, i would buy that in an instant.

Mr. V.: Comes with a 2 year warranty I see. HOw long has most of you had this? Just curious if theres been any problems with, either the Flex Arms or getting a replacement if there is?

JM: I've gained an entire inch in each bicep using FLEX arms along with pushups and regular incline curls! Adding some extra calories and also drinking some protein has helped push it over the edge. I am also starting to hit the chest hard with some barbell lifts.

Rocko: HAd it for a good six months now, at least, and nope, no problems, the Flex ARms works just fine. And I mean, I'm still using it about 4-5 days per week, more then what they say you need to for maintenance. SO I meean, yeah, wiht a lot of wear, its holding up pretty strong for me. And the belt, I've had that for almost 3 years now, no problems there either. The key is, just replacing the gel pads as needed, keeping it charged, and its all good.

Terrance: The FLEX arms are pretty cool. Using them at home 3 times a week for the last few months and have noticed some definition in my arms that I can't get with any amount of curls or arm presses. This thing hits muscles that are hard to define and my arms are smokin right now.

Cam: Cool Terrance. Good to know. I was wondering about that, because i have been workign out pretty religiously for awhile and am definitely, seeing bulk but not so much the definition. Are you still, doing the same amount of curls & presses, since you got the Flex Arms, or doing shorter workouts?

Oliver: I guess I have no excuses to have skinny arms do I?LOL. I just ordered myself the flex arms. I like what I am reading here and I could really use some help!

joe: I use the flex ARMS while i'm jogging on the treadmill, its a good way for me to multi-task and get my cardio and strength training done all in one shot. I'm not looking for huge killer arms, I just want to have some definition and tone. I think i have a decent athletic build going, and i don;'t feel like i have to knock myself out to achieve it.

Terrance: About the same in my workout routine, Cam. But the FlexArms hits the middle head (lower biceps), where I have always been kinda challenged. Works best if I hit the gym and then go straight home and put em on for about a half an hour while I drink a protein shake. I think it's good to use em when you're still kind of of pumped up. I see way more activity.

Walt P: Man, what a difference from level 50 to 60 huh? I just ventured up to that level last night after hanging out between 40 and 50 for the past 2 weeks. Am I sore today! It def is good but I am really feeling it more than I expected to.

Cam: Nice, thanks man. Am gonna order and am stoked to get muscle & fitness mag too, with my Flex arms. Bonus!

jared: If you raise the intensity and it feels uncomortable or weird, turn it down for a while, until your body adjusts. They include a training schedule with the FLEX Arms that tells you how to raise it gradually so you will feel ready for the next level. I followed that to the letter, even when i thought i could turn it up, i waited for when the schedule said to. using this method i definitely was prepared for every increase.

ZMAn: Me, I am going slowly I am still at level 40 above that it's still too strong for me. But even at 40 I am seeing a clear improvement on the definition. Perhaps next week, I'll go higher.

Jay: Can big guys really use the FLEX arms? My buddy told me about another big bodybuilder who popped his bicep using it, right after an intense lifting session. Serious, man. Ouch!

Walt P: Ahh,I never read those manuals that you gotta follow step buy step. Too impatient. Besides, I like to feel the burn!

mojo: Well, I'm a "big" guy, in my opinion...i weigh 225 lbs and have 19" arms (diameter) so i think I am considered big. and i very much like the way the FLEX Arms is working for me, it definitely amps up my weight traning and takes it to the next level. i dont know what this dude is talking about "popping a tricep' but it sounds pretty ridicluous. The FLEX arms works, don't knock it til you tried it.

Aric Bidlingmeyer: Thats totally sick jay! I don't even want to know what that would feel like, if my bicep popped. I'm not huge or nothing but, I'm a bigger guy, been building for a few years. I use it regularly and and its not uncomfortable or anything, to wear the flex arms and you know, i push myself but, not to the point of injury. Like anyhting, you gotta be smart about how your using this.

willy: haha yeah, i'm a "big" guy too. and the ladies LUV me. and no, i;m not talking about my arms...

Claudio: Hey, Mojo, you sound like a little girl! I heard that story too, and I think it's an urban myth dude. Just wanted to shout that FLEX arms works like any other good fitness device, use it responisbly and yeah, take the time to read the instructions. Guys that use this thing WHILE they work out, are just asking for muscle exhaustion.

HARvey: It would be cool if the flex arms also help my "3rd arm" get even bigger too!!!! hahaha. I mean it works on my arms muscles why not else where right? So yeah I love it too. Have been using it for now 5 weeks and it works great.

mojo: yeah well claudio whats your arm diameter? who do you think you are., buddy?

Chase: Mojo HD TV is my favorite channel! Beer nuts and three sheets... love those shows! I watch a lot of TV when I use my flex arms. It's just the perfect device for me!

Louie: Ya that is true, if you work the muscles to exhaustion, it sets you back instead of pushing you forward. Is never a good idea. What I do is, I use the flex arms on my nontraining days at a moderate level and on days when for, whatever reason,I cant make it to the gym, like if Im traveling or get caught up at work or whatever, then I use it a higher intensity to get a comparable workout. I think its great.

Paul: I was doing just fine w/my regular reps...looking good, but I wanted MORE - i always do, man. I started increasing my lean protein calories by 300/day and using the FLEX Arms, and man, I am getting HUGE! you wouldn't believe how massive my arms are. i have the horsehoe definition, the veins, all of it. awesoime product for ppl who like to go above and beyond./

Todd: Same here, I never use my flex arms on days I've been lifting, just on days I didn't work on my arms. Only on the days I do my legs and back.

conrad: funny, harvey. anyone tried flexing thier man muscle using this thing? i dare you to harvey, let us know if it works. none of them other exercises i've tried ever did anything.

Keith: dudes you are not gonna increase your "man muscle" or any other aspect of your man parts with the FLEX Arms! come on! it's an ARM workout equipment! If your are big enough that a piece of arm equipment could fit on your member, then you are already very lucky. seriously tho, you guys sound like freaks. stop talking about that stuff.

Dale: Well I don't know you guys. I use my FLEX Arms right before I start my workouts and it sort of pre-pumps my muscles. Not the full 30 minutes, but about 10 minutes at level 40. Finding I'm already fired and ready to go. Works good.

Austin: ANyone ever get shocked by this or anything crazy? I still dunno about this, gettting bigger electronically? Sorry to say this, so many of you love these flex Arms but, I dunno, seems unnatural to me.

bill krimp: i was worreid about the electric shock thing myself....it did freak me out the idea of using electronic stuff for my workout, but then i read that they've been using this in physical therpay for like YEARS, and if they are using it for that, to help people get better, then i guess it doesn't hurt people. Also the FLEX arms is FDA approved so that does make me feel better. and so far so good. now that i am used to it i actually like the feeling of it. good luck whatever you do.

STAN: That's how I first learned about EMS, was from the physical therapist. And I mean, it makes sense, if they use it to help strenghten weak muscles, why not, take it a step further for just continuing to increase strength? And its cool, cause, the muscle gets stronger and so then, any fat I have seems to burn off more easily. My arms are solid, but I even lost an inch off the waist since I started using FlexArms two months ago, during my cardio workouts. I don't no for sure, if its directly related but i think probably.

greg: it doesn't shock you or anything like that, austin. you ever sit in one of those massaging chairs? its kinda like that. you put on your flex arms and you can feel the pulsing. i happen to find it relaxing.

ethan: yeah it is relaxing esp. the more you get used to it. i think the FLEX Arms is a good thing for sure, and its about as "natural" as laying on your back and lifting 100 lb barbells or whatever. i happen to have some major back issues so for me it is just the safer and healthier bet.,

Zach:  I am not ashamed to admit that all I do is use the flex arms. I don't do lifting, i don't run, I just walk to work everyday (about 3 miles) and it works for me. I never wanted to be one of those muscle guys, i do respect their work and discipline but I have no interest in becoming one. I all wanted is to have more strength ad some definition and that what I am getting.

KevK: Zach, I'm right there with you buddy. I haven't been able to work out in months and have been using both FLEX arms and FLEX belt the whole time they're helping me keep in pretty good shape. Not gonna let all the work of the past 3 yrs just vanish and think I will keep up with both even wehn I can get back to it.

Vic: Nah, I know what you guys are saying but I'm not digging this. WHen I use it level 20 it doesn't do any good,a s far as I can tell, and when i crank it up its too much, I cant where it for more than 10 minutes. I thought the Flex ARms was a cool gadget, but, I'm gonna have to send it back, its just not working out.

arnie: man, vic. you gotta have some patience. you even look at the guidelines yu got with the flex arms? it takes some time, to build up the strenght, don't expect to get huge overnight, i don't know how that could happen wiht anything. hang in there, give it another shot but do it right.

harry: Vic, it sounds llike you're just adjusting the intensity randomly, like you're starting off with the minimum, then cranking it up to the max..that's a common human reaction, people tend to think if cranking it up a little is good, cranking it up a LOT is better. Fact is, if you turn up the intensity too high right off the bat, you're pretty much going to hate it, becuase your body nis not ready. Just like if you started bench pressing 150 lb right out of the gate. Would you do that? I doubt it. So why would you do the equivalent with the FLEX arms? you gotta follow the training schedule bro. it is designed to phase you into it so that by the time you reach full inm, tenisy you are ready. good luck, wish you the best but quit giving this the thumbs down when your clearly using it wrong.

Jared: FLEX arms did hurt a little at first, but that's why I wanted to come here and see what I was doing wrong. I knew I had it on too high. Thanks for the info, guys. I'm gonna keep at it, cuz I see some really good results here.

Zeke: GOt this as a Father's day gift from the wife & kids, just getting used to it. The Flex arms, so much cooler then the ties & golf balls I used to get for my pops. Not seen any changes yet, its been just about a week but, based on all these comments here, i'm confident this will be exactly what i need to get better looking arms.

George: Just want to get some strength back into my now little arms! Hopefully this will work for me like it has all of you. My flex arms is on the way! Kids enjoy your youth while you have it, it's not as much fun to be older! George Myers

RobertK: Have to say when I first saw and read about FLEX arms online, I was really freaking skeptical. I mean the whole electronic thing, just reminded me of electroshock therapy. I'm 51 though, and I guess I just had a baby boomer's perspective on this kind of thing. After a couple of months, I gotta say - my arms are looking better. Skin does crazy stuff as you age, even on us guys, and all my working out alone, never seemed to address that. Pretty GD happy to have found this.

gregory: I'm a lil surprised by so many of you guys sounding so scared of the electricity aspect. Fact is it was my WIFE, who collects dolls, sings in church, and is 5 feet tall, who first introduced me to the FLEX technology. She got the FLEX mini for her thigh flab, and she didn't bat an eye about the electtricy. in fact, the first thing she sad was "It tickles!' After a few weeks her body was in better shape i wanted one for myself. I knew if she didn't mind it i wouldn't. and its been working fine for me too, no complaints. buck up fellas - you are fellas, right?

mick: think i have to get one of these. have been thinking about getting some equipment and starting a at-home gym so i can quit paying fees, think the flex arms wil be a good product to include in this. thx for all the comments & advice here.

Stewart: The skepticism about electricity, its a valid point I thnk. I don't see a reason to insult others, for wanting to get more facts first. I mean, we all have heard our whole lives, "no pain no gain" and when I first heard about Flex arms, and the Flex belt, I mean, it almost seemed like it was too easy to be legit. But, thats what technology's done to our whole lives, when you think about it.MAke everything easier. I give a thumbs up, i love this thing now. But i did some resarch first, for sure.

Drew: FLEX ARMS = strong and toned, IMO. Haven't ever used anything like it.

tom: i agree w/stewart. looking into the safety of a product & not wanting to be taken for a sucker does not make anyone less of a man. I'm also pleased with my results with FLEX Arms, but i like to think that's partly due to my careful research. If i hadn;t been a discriminating customer i might have picked some inferior product. knowlegdge is power dude, the neanderthals are extinct.

Ziander: I use FLEX arms. Girlfreind LOVES the gun show. Nuff said.

johnboy48: dude, that's cuz, there IS nothing like this. is there?

LOLLoco: awesome apparatus., i use it while doing cardio and i eat a lean protein low carb diet and i am in better looking shape than i ever was. i am not even a gym rat just a person who likes looking good. The FLEX ARMS does the job.

Tardis: Well I don't even see how this could be thought as dangerous. I mean you charge it, and attach it to your arms. My initial question was not about the safety of the Flex Arms, I mean, really, that never crossed my mind. It was more, does it work, for real? My brain, had been so ingrained wiht the idea of "big weights = big muscles" I couldnt even understand how this thing would get me toned at all. I read more about it, how the electic pulses stimulate muscles and everyhing, and it started to make more sense. And it totally works, I've taken my workouts to a new level, and its not making me work any harder to get the results.

Francis: the FLEX arms have helped out my arm definition big time. Don't have a girlfriend yet, but am hoping this is going to help me get more dates. Summer is here and I'm all about the muscle tees.

DanIStheMan: Anyone know aabout how many calories you burn, in 30 min of using the FlEX arms, at level 40?

L7: Well i use the Flex ARMS as an awesome add on to my regular lifting. I do squats deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, lat pulldown, seated cable row, triceps kickback, biceps arm curl and cardio every other day. with these reps i do five sets of twelve repetitions maximum every day. And i use the Flex ARMS @ night when i'm chillin' on the couch watching TV. I am looking monstrous it has paid off big time. i am phsycially fit, strong and i look great.

Michael Angelo: Dan i don't think FLEX Arms is a calorie burner per se, I don't know exactlhy how many calories are burned but that is not the point of this equipement. The idea is it tones your muscles through the EMS stimulation. so its not like its doing any kind of fat burning .. although i am sure you probably burnm some calories while doing it. I think if you wanna burn more cals you should either start doing cardio or else take a thermogenic supplement.

Shane: Not completely positive Dan, but I think 3 sets of bicep curls at low weight is about 400 calories. I would say that you could use similar physics for 30 minutes with FLEX arms. I generally use them as more of a toner (which is so far working well), and attribute my calorie burns to cardio.

Pong: What the hell dude, do you spend all your time in the gym "L7"? Five sets of 12, for al those, every single day? Pretty intense. Im nowhere near that and probably never will. I can't spend 3 hours at the gym every day, and thats a major reason for getting Flex arms, to cut down on my workout time a bit. Of course, I'm not trying to get to He-Man proportions, so...

Michael Angelo: whoa, i stand correct... if it burn 400 calories thats would be even more awesome. either way i am really liking the FLEX Arms for toning.

DanIStheMan: Awesome thanks guys. Was just curious b/c I am trying to drop a few lbs too & trying to calculate, amount of calories expended in a day. Proably need to do more cardio as you all say.

Cal: My brother gave me his FLEX arms because he said it was weak. He weighs about 50 lbs more than me, and think he was frustrated that he didn't see more results. Of course, he never goes the gym and I do. Hoping this will geive me an edge and some good results.

JESSE: Who knows a good thermogenic to take? I could use one a those

Nathan: FYI, I take nuphedrine to help me burn fat and it works really well. I can see the definition a lot more now that I have lost some fat.

Bryce: Hey man, I'm stoked to see some good supplement advice here too, thanks. I was just on to give a shout out to the Flex arms, but I see that many already have. What can you say? They work, man!

Brian: i am doing great with teh FLEX ARms i have always been way too skinny had no body at all to speak of and i got beat up alot. i decided that was enough last year (freshman year college) and i started jogging. but i realizze that although jogging gave me a more atheltic look it didn't help me to be less skinny so i started upping my calorie intake and then one of my friends told me about the FLEX products and i went an splurged on teh FLEX Arms and the FLEX belt, i got a discount that way. and so in addition to my daily running and the eating more food and using my flex products at max intensity i started noticing that i actually ahd muslces! i never had muscles in my life,. well i mean yes i did but they hever showed up and totally popped like they do now. its been a huge improvement i dont look like a little toothpick anymore i look like a guyy who works out.

Joe: Good for you man, I am actually having the opposite problem, too much fat! I can feel the flex is doing something because i have more strength but it's hard to see the muscle definition because of all the fat. I may try that fat burner someone mentioned.

steve: it's rad, i;ve gotten more chics since i got the flex arms and started to work out more. never gave me the time of day before, but had 5 dates in the last 2 weeks, and got hiton at a party by a super hot chik last night. took close to three months to get here & lots a work, totally worth it. guess i don't gotta get the pheromones now.

Nigel: Anyone know about how much it will cost in British punds to send FlexArms to the UK? I'm certain this is a thumbs up for me, just need them to get here.

Larry: very easy to use and travel with. I'm in sales & i just dont have time to be a gym rat. I even was worried that an EMS device would be too clunky to take with me places. but this is totally portable and it ftis in this little carying bag. easy. I store with my checked bags, just in case the electircal stuff sets off security, but for all i know myabe i could take it as carry on. Alls i know is its about as convenient as a workout can get, and I appreciate that. -The FLEX Arms

keith, burlington: not sure what the conversion is offhand, nigel. i know they have conversion calculators online, just google it, that can help you figure it out. good luck man, i hope yu get one, its the best product i got for myself in at least a year, probably since i got my iphone.

SteveM: Seriously, my wife laughs at me everytime I put FLEX arms on, but she is not complaining. My arms look better than they have in 13 years. Occasionally, they've become part of foreplay. Always good to have a laugh before sex, I say.

Paul: HAHA, yeah the iphone is really awesome! I wish apple didn't make it exclusive with at&t but oh well. Also thumb up for the flex arms. My arms are getting nicer every week.

ART: YEah you know, maybe this isn't the right blog for this, but am gonna throw this out there. My wifes been more attracted to me too, lately, my arms, really get her turned on I guess. Problem is, Im 54 and not able to last very long. Its pretty disappointing, anyone else have this going on, is there anything I can take? I know I;m healthy, overall and feeling so much stronger. Would appreciate any advice you have.

KKJAMES: Dude, I don't know why ya'all are talkin about Iphones and shiat. Save that stuff for Twitter. I'm here to talk about my FLEX ARMS AND how they changed me from a scrawny little wesel into a toned machine. Upper arms have never looked better, my friends.

mako: Bruce Lee lives on in his teachings and in his legacy..he understood the balance between the body, the mind, the soul & the will. I have patterned my cardio and strength workouts after his for many years. i didn;t know his involvement in EMS technology, but it makes sense becuase it harnesses some of the best most powerful forces for our use. i have ordered the FLEX Arms and i look forwards to seeing even more power in my body.

Paul: Dude, this is an open chat room, I can talk about whatever sh#t i want!! the flex is cool but it's not like it's the best thing in the world, if anything the iphone is!!

Brendan: IS THere someplace I can go to try this out first& see if I like it?

Tahar: I am looking for something myself and have read some pretty good things about Orexis here on the blog. You should check it out and see what you think. I'm probably gonna get it. I am in pretty bad shape so the flex arms is taking some time to work its magic but so far so good.

joshua: seriously. we're talking about technology, that what make the flex arms work. if i;m gonna spend money on someting, i wanna be sure its good, real high quality. as far as i'm concerned, this is the smartest kinda technology, can be applied to the muscles for home workouts. its not just, some cheap thing off the street thats gonn a fall apart in a week. or just hum and not really work the muscles. its a awesome, awesome device.

MichealM: The first place I saw Flex Arms was at my gym Brendan, but that is just because some guy had them on in the locker room and everyone was interested. Man, it would be great tactical marketing if the company put him there, because like 7 of us immediately went online and ordered. If that's what they did, I'm not mad - one of the better EMS devices I've used since my PT days.

P.Harrison: HEY BRENDAN - it comes with a money-back policy, for 60 days. So you can just order the Flex ARms & see how you like it. I never buy anything I can't send back, bc you never know. Lucky me, I actually kept this one.

Lee: Orexis? Is that a competetitor to Flex arms? I dont get, whats that for?

christian: yeah, i think you guys oughta calm down about the iPhone and such. its no big deal. the important thing is not whether you guys like iPhones but whether you like the FLEX Arms. I just want to say that i do like it & i'm glad i got it, i do also lift every other day to get the sort of definion and size that i want, but for a guy who isn't looking to have that bodybuilder look its also fine on its own.

sean: LOL i think Orexis is for your willie...i could be wrong tho.

Tahar: ART will know what I am talking about. Orexis is not a competitor to the flex arms, it's a sex pill:)

Tyrone: I think that guy is on the wrong site, Lee. Orexis is something COMPLETELY different than FLEX ARMS. Anyway, I'm not a hater and agree with someone else here that said it's an open mic. type of environment. Say what you want brothers, we're listening and learning. I feel like I'm learning a lot about something I already knew was a the bomb.

nate: I am also really liking my magazine subscriptoin. i had tried a friend's FLEX Arms before so i knew it worked, but i thought the free mag had to have a catch. but then i read the FAQ and it said you will never be billed, they won;t automatically renew you after a year, they wont give out your info, nada. And that has been the case, I've been enjoying my subscriptuoin to Muscle Fitness without any annoying backlash of any kind. Much respect!

JamesV: The FlexArms work. Plain and simple. I don't need any magazine subscription or anything but this little gizmo. My advice. If you don't work out with any regularity, you will not get the maximum benefit from this puppy, but you will notice a BIG difference in tone and muscle definition if you do.

Ramon: Well I don't know about any sex pills, but I do know, the sex is hot lately. My girlfriend uses the Flex ARms too and we both, area lot stronger and it makes for a wilder time, if you know what I mean. NOt the reason I got it, but a very nice effect :) Actually, I first got it to get back into shape, I got outta school and started working at a firm fulltime, doing the late nights and many happy hours and my body, well, went to sh#t pretty much. After a bout a year I saw an ad for this and got it. I use to row in college and always had strong arms. Didn't wanna get pissed of by going back in the gym all flabby and weak, so I got this to start and took up cycling. Totally turned things around, got my girl on a workout schedule, and yeah, we're both pretty hot.

ART: Thanks Tahar, sorry for confusing you all. I will look at the other blog.

ed: i do hope you guys realize that you also have to have a healthy diet while your using the FLEX arms or doing any othher kind of strenght training. If you are trying to increase muscle mass you can't do it with junk like fries and wings and doritos , etc. you have to really maximize the lean protein and carbs so you will gain muscle not FAT. just saying,. i know soime of you use this as your only strength trianing and that is fine, just so long as you dont have a gluttonous unhealthy diet, and as long as you do some cardio. other wise you might be a fatty with muscles in your arms that nobody can see. I guess my point is, i don't want some of you doofuses to just buy this and expect it to make you into Arnold. FLEX Arms will do its job, that much i know - but you have to hold up your end of the bargain. sorry to sound like a downer but i think its imporatn to know,

Sly2: This site is one of the few places I have man, and I always appreciate all the honesty and good info. If I wasn't already an avid user of FLEX Arms for over 2 years now, I certainly would be after reading these insights. FA Rocks and so do you guys.

NelsonB: Just want to reiterate what someone said before, about how this gives more definition. For awhile, I was diong all the regular old drills, the pulldowns, the curls, the kick backs & what have you. Was increasing weight, but unless my muscles was flexed, I looked, just big. Fat. Not muscular, you know? Within about a month or so from using Flex Arms, I got vast improvement. Don't really know how it works to do that, I just know it does.

chuck g.: just got back from a killer workout, was able to lift more and even do a couple more reps than usual. hadn't realized how much the flex arms was helping out til now, it was pretty obvious. i've been bumping up the intensity on that for a few weeks, this was the first time i tried adding more weight. awesome.

Timm: The FLEX Arms is a fine piece of equipement that i use to enhance my regular result's from lifting. If you care properly for the gel pads you can get a lot of workouts out of each one and its just very easy. its saving me that additional gym time that it would take to get this level of definition. I am wondering - is it ok to use EMS if you are a competitive bodybuilder? I haven't mentioned it yet to any of my colleageus bcs I don't want to get myself disqualified.

j.t.: Sorry Timm, i wou;dn't know. I just started getting into lifting and am far from competitive, though I can't see why it would be a problem? It's not like steroids, its just a way of training. Me, I'm just aiming to get toned, increase my strength. The Flex Arms is helping, no doubt.

JackR: I don't think there are any probs with using EMS when training for competition, but if I were you I would just kind of ask around about the FlExArMs and see if it is ok. I know they're a crucial part of my work outs, but I am not competing professionally.

Anonymous: Same here, just wanted to get a bit more toned and the flex arms does the job just fine. I am pleased and am glad I got it.

Flex Arms: Bicep & Tricep Electronic Muscle Toning
