161 Responses to “theflexarms”

Sean72: Just wanted to say thumb up for the flex arms, that thing is totally working for me. My skinny arms feel like they are getting some strength. good stuff!

Anonymous: Wondering whats a good intensity to start at? i just set it for 50 last night and feel like it was a bit to much for me today, is this normal? should i go higher, lower, the same? I do like the device, feels serious.

eric: i do regular mass blast workouts (triceps pushdowns, 12 reps, hammer curls 10 reps, lying dumbbell extensions 12 reps) and altho this does the trick mostly, Its nice to be trying something new to add to my routine. The Flex Arms is something i do in the evening & on rest days to maximize the mass growth and its def. a good extra I think.

Viktor: Hey man, I started using mine set at 30 and it took me about a week or so to go up to 50. I personaly have no time for the gym so between the flex arms and my pull up bar, I am pleased so far.

JARRETT: Yeah I started at 30 too. Seems to workout for me with the FLEX arms. Had been outta the gym for a good ten years before i got this so anything is good for me to use. This actually feels somehow like a workout.

arvid: How long would i have to do this flex arms workout to see an improvement on my bicepts. I am just excited to see/feel some results. So far i like using it.

jackson: only thing i do besides this is bike. maybe pushups and situps on occasion but i cannot stand going into the gym. i either use the flex arms at home, or while im out riding to save time. Happy to be trying this cool new technology. Seems to be working for me.

scott: I like the sound of the Electronic Muscle Stimulation technology and I have been using mine essentially at home while studying. I just increased the level today. It feels like it’s doing the right thing.

Rob: Is it possible for the flex arms to only work on my biceps and not the triceps?? I have nice biceps which i really worked hard to get them but somehow I don’t seem to be able to get my triceps to get bigger.

H.Seth: Such a huge time saver. I can just use the FLex arms any time i want to, to free up my time. Usually, its right when i get home from work and am paying bills & such online. I dunno, somehow it seem to relive the stress too hopefully it’s making me stronger too. too early to say of course.

Murdoch: Hey I dunno man, I use it for both bi’s & tri’s, that’s where it fits on my arsm too. I really feel like it’s working. The pressure is awesome. I guess the only thing is that it takes time.

kip: Have been using the flex arms regularly, I really like it. Totally feels like a workout.

Vincent W.: I look pretty good for my age but I am not nearly as strong as I used to be. It’s nice to be to trying something new than the old lifting routine. I believe in this technology.

Andrew: I like the idea, of being able to use this thing on my rest days from lifting. Feels like my muscle are recovering faster.

William F.: Pretty good technology, i agree. I am really exciting to be trying this device on my arms. So far, it feels right, too early to see a difference though.

Ralph: The flex arms wasn’t for me. If I am not lifting, I don’t feel like I am working out. I don’t know it;s just me.

j. craig: As a pretty busy person, this is really nice to try. i lift in my home gym & do FLEX Arms at night while i’m chilling out & my arms seems firmer lately somehow. I feel like it’s working for me.

charlie: good for a lazy guy too. not afraid to admit it. i’d rather watch sportscenter all night than drag my butt back to the gym after working all day:) It seems to be working too so I am really pleased with the whole experience so far.

damionisagoodman: Just finished first session, on the flex Arms. sorta tingled, was cool tho. i started at a level 60, it was a little intense but nothinng couldn’t handle. am i gonna be sore tomorrow?

larry: cool stuff. I am liking the flex ARMS a Lot. one tip for you guys is make sure you keep the gel pads covered when not in use there should be little adhesive strips u can put back on top of them. if you don’t they might collect some dust or other particles and then the stick will not be as good & u will have to replace. If you take care of them the gel pads will last quite a while.

Ben: Doesn’t hurt man as for the burning sensation. I think everyone should workout, it’s not debatable, the flex arms is definately a great device to have around but nothing replaces a serious workout, especially the cardio.

Anonymous: On this link you can click to see photos of the Flex Arms in action. :)

Danny: I am focusing on my triceps, I am hoping to see results soon, it sure feels like it’s working.

Stu: Looking forward to getting started with my flex arms!

mix-k: I seriously thought it was gonna be a cheap looking gadget but the thing is serious! I am positively surprise and so far i have been following the directions that came with the flex arms to the T in hope to get some sweet results. So far it feels really really good.

Marc K.: i’ve only used it twice but I like the way it makes my muscle feel, especially my triceps which I don’t usually work on. So far, so good.

mrbigshot: have to say, i look forward to using my flex arms more than i do using weihgts to workout my biceps and triceps. always seems like a chore to do that. now i only need to worry about a couple times a week as i use this the other days. and zone out in front of the tube while doing cardio..or wearing this. got lots more down time these days, love it.

dave: here’s the deal: half of all guys are lazy as sin, & the other half are so freaking busy they barely have time to breathe. that’s the truth…its male nature. we’;re either vegging with doritos and beer on the couch or we’re working ourselves into an early grave. i got sick of trying to fit in the extra gym time (on top of jogging) to get the kind of arms i want. i have a job & a family and lots of other stuff that matters more to me. but hell if i can still look good of course i want to. Only recently received my FLEX Arms and its too soon to give the verdict but it feels like work out, and to me that is a sign that it is one. pretty I got a chance to try it so far.

Stu: Yeah, I’m outta shape, and no not lazy. Just when it comes to working out. I’m juggling three jobs basically and like dave says, no time to go the gym. Rather cut teh commute time, or whatever and do it at home. Flex Arms works for me for many reasons.

ToolManGreg: Hoping to see as good results from the flex Arms as everyone else. Only got this a couple of weeks ago and can feel it working so far.

mario: cool to try another flex product. i been using the ab belt, or flexbelt or whatever, keeps my stomach feeling firm. this works the same way, with the ams and i;m starting to see a bit of definition from using the flex arms. love these products.

David: What happen if I use the flex Arms for more than 30 mins a day? Can I hurt my muscles?

rob: i’ve got the Flex Arms all the way up to the maximum level now & theres definitiely some muscle contraction going on. i am following the recommended training schedule that came with the product so the high itnensity isn’t uncomfortable or anything. so far i am noticing that my arms feel like they are harder. thumbs up.

vic_manning: not sure what’d happen if u use it for longer than 30 min but i just follow the instructions. one thing, probably the gel pads wear out quicker. i think, they put a max time on there for a reason, maybe muscles fatigue at that point? All i know is, 30min seems to be long enough for me for the Flex ARms, Feeling its working for me.

theBulk_KING88: This what I have read. rhere are a few reasons why you shouldn’t go beyond the recommended time on any workout. For one thing, when you work out your muscles its said you are essentially tearing your muscles in a way, and they need time to heal or they’ll stop growing. another thing is, some say that once you get to like 45 mintues of working out your cortisol levels increase. not sure if you know this but coritsol can turn on you. it is thought to be a cause of belly fat. So espeically if you are on an increased calorie bulking regimen you might wanna keep the cortisol under control. guys always seem to think with working out that if doing it is good, then overdoing it must be great. Not true. It have read that it could actually kinda backfire if you push yourself too hard. I believe moderation is the key.

Corey: I am actually one of those guys who thinks that overdoing is probably gonna make me bigger faster. I’ll keep in mind what you said. I do workout a lot and use the flex arms at night. It’s been good so far.

louielouie: Didn’t do much for me, I just prefer lifting and as I am glad i got to try something new i can now say that the flex arms isn’t for me.

frank: I have never done this type of thing before i am a total beginner we will see what happens but so far it feels like its doing something. You can really feel it pulse the first time you put it on. I mean really feel it! NO JOKE.

dominic: I do lift weights and so it’s nice to be trying something new. I’ve been using my flex arms on days off. It feels terrific.

Ray: Flex arms is working for me too, I have getting some nice definition and are also have more strength but I am still too skinny I think. What do i need to eat to get bigger without getting fat?

Jeremiah: Hey man, its tough to gain muscle and not fat, the key is to choose foods that are still nutritious. More protein, meats, cheese, eggs, etc. But watch the refined crap, the flours & sugars, they got no substance. You’ll def see gains faster if you change your diet, along with Flex ARms and other workouts.

Oliver_MiamiBaby: I feel like I am gaining strength in my arms, pretty awesome device.

Kristoff: THe Flex Arms is totally cool. It feels good and it def. pushes on the muscles. I think its all about the pulsations on this one.

Carlos: I am having a hard time seeing the difference in my arms after using the flex but I do feel like I have more strength which is very nice. I guess it takes time, I’ll try to be more patient.

JeremyNYU: This feels awesome on my triceps!. very cool so yeah definately thumb up.

lyle: Glad I actually got a chance to try the flex arms to me it’s a great little device, the technology is awesome and I feel like its gonna become huge and everywhere soon. The way it’s stimulate the muscles feels like a working out sorta. I love it.

Rufus: I play tennis a lot and my arms are in great shape, somehow i am enjoying using the flex amrs at night. It feels great and annoying recovery seems quicker.

barryA.: GOt any tips for puting the flex on my arms on, i havea hard tiem secure it ta my rite arm. sometimes get frustrated, its slips around and i cant do it fast either.

derek43: Dude its not that difficult to put the flex arms on. if you can’t figure it out, i don’t know if i can help you. Anyway, wanted to say this works awesome for strengthening my biceps & triceps. NOt a replacement for working out, a supplement to my workouts. Glad I tried it.

Todd: They do make one you can use everywhere. You should check on their website. My arms were okay but I wanted to get some more definition and that is what I feel I am getting. I think it’s a very cool little device, perhaps not for everyone but me, i dig it. I mean whats not to like? BRUCE LEE LIKED EMS TECH AND SO DO I.

JustinConners: Probably the best device i’ve used in a long time. Thumb up for the flex arms.

Sal: I stick ‘em on while running on the treadmill. Seems to be for me, the arms are the first area to turn to mush if i let ‘em go even for a week. These are exactly what I needed

ANDRE: Its working for me & thats that. I like how, I can change the intensity depending on how i’m feeling. SOme days, I feel like I want a intense workout, and then some days, after i pushed so hard, i need to go easy on myself. Its actually realy good to use flex arms on sore muscles, seems to help relax em or something.Anybody else find this?

CrayFish: Me I just go up progressively. I started at 30 and slowly went up to 60. I feel I am getting a very sweet result. Good stuff.

yuri: sometime i noticed that, when using free weights, i would feel a sorta, pinch, in my neck and shoulders. nothing serious but, a little uncomfortable. So for me too it’s good to try something new like the flex arms, not that is replacing my lifting routine but i am hopping it can push me to the next level and it does not hurt so thats cool.

troy: i really like the FLEX arms and i def. see some improvement o my biceps especially.

Tim: Happy to be trying out the flex arms to everything else i already do to stay in shape. It does help that’s for sure. it works for me.

ed: I am a bit overweight, to cut right to the chase, so the results i’m getting from my flex ARMS aren’t showing up as much as they could be. but i can feel the muslcles under the fat and i can feel the burn after i have done it. I guess the next major obstacle is i need to lose the weight. Once that happens i think i will start to see some of the definiton i have been working on. can anybody recommend what is a good weight LOSS diet? i have been reading a lot online about “bulking” and increasing calories but right now i need just the oppoosite. Any tips would be VERY appreciated.

Atom: Yeah well, Ed, all I’ve been doing to lose the weight, is, aside from exercising a little more (not extremely though) is mostly just cutting way back on calories. Its not been too much of a challenge for me, since I can just buy food at my work, from the cafeteria, and its pretty much encouraged to eat at our desks. So i dont have to get too tempted at lunchtime, to swing by for some fast food. Anways, so I’ve been eating fruit, oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast, some kinda light wrap or salod for lunch and a pretty lean dinner. Grains & a protein, salad & veggies. Cut out the soda and sweets too. That’s working, I;m losing and getting more fit too.

marlon_CAT: Cardio is a big part of a healthy diet. Anyway, the flex arms is not bad, not the most amazing thing in the world but it’s nice. Seems to be doing something for me.

Evan: The FLEX Arms feels kinda strange at first, a lil tickly and kinda weird but then i got used ot the sensation and i like it now. i can feel my muscles contract and i know they are getting a workout. this is very cool technology and so i am liking this a lot.

Quentin: I dunno, I never count my calories, not what I eat anyways. I know how much I burn, on the cardio machines, and that’s it. Its the way I feel thats important. Nuphedrine, gives me a boost. I like the flex arms, i use it essentially for awareness and stimulation and it does the trick for me. :)

Derick: Wanna burn more too, how about Hydroxicut? Is it more for girls? I saw they had a good price for it at wall Mart. Oh and thumb up for the flex, that thing is serious.

VERN: No way dude didnt you see the recall for hydroxycut? i’m surprised they even can stil sell it. Heard it was causing som e sort of live r problems, i’d stay away from that sh#@. I don’t even do any supplements regularly like that tho, just some protein powders and vitamins, have tried many though. I figure I;m playing it safe with things like Flex arms and a jump rope.

marco: i am a fan of the FLEX Arms and i am doing a bulking regimen to.

Anonymous: Do you guys take anything to help in the bedroom? I am currently trying Aspire 36 and that thing is balls. The flex arms is pretty good, I am not getting the same result as you guys but it’s because I don’t use it every day and i know that. I will start seriously this week because i like what i am reading here, I just haven’t had time really.

jonathan: i’ve never been an athletic type but i dont mind trying the EMS technology. the Flex Arms has been good. It’s not boring because i can do other things at the same time. i’m happy with it.

Thomas: wI like to know that Jerry Rice recommends the Flex ARMS .That guy’s pretty much my hero – best wide receiver EVER..i will never forget how he made 11 passes for 215 yards against the bungles (Bengals) in Superbowl XXIII…just phenomenal. if he gets something out of this then i know its not just for sad lazy losers. I’ve been using it in addition to my regular reps and my arms def. feel like they are getting an extra workout.

OrvilleRed: Am not doing anythng else besides using this, not for my arms anyway. And am stil feeling like I get a workout from flex ARms, combined with my swimming & jogging, definitely feel more strength.

Teddy: Man I know I;m not a lazy person, and I bet your not either. Using stuff like this the Flex arms, the belt and what have you, is being pro-active, that;s what I think! I am a busy person and sorry, I dont have hours to spend at the gym. I work ten hour days and trying to get my own business started on top of that. I mean, I really don’t have time. Let think of this as, being smart.

charlie: So its kind of fine that the Flex ARMS can be used by workout types or non workout types, whatever you prefer. and its not like we’re on opposing sides we’re just using slightly different approach to looking how we want to. I personally workout out a lot and it shows. the flex is just cool on days off, for me anyway.

Harold: thumbs up to the flex ARMS. it feels amazing, cant wait to see results.

Peter: I know it’s a terrible excuse BUT I just don’t have time to use the flex arms every day for 6-7 weeks. I lasted a few days and now it’s just sitting on the bottom of my closet. Not really motivated to use it I guess, no Flames please.

gerry: this is something i use almost every day, without even realy thinking about. using the flex arms is not realy like a “work out” i mean, it is, but its not like i gotta be in that “go get ‘em” mindset, you know? first thing i do when i get home is change my clothes and put these on, then sit & watch the news for a half hour. when its done, i can take them off, and go get some chores done, or maybe go for a walk, whatever. an effortless sorta workout is what this isfor me.

arnold: the only thing for me is sometimes I have issues with is using it while i’m typing or writing, it sometimes makes my arm or hand move a little with the muscle contraction, and so i sometimes type the wrong thing. But if your like watching TV, or jogging on a treadmill, or doing a whole bunch of other stuff, you can fit this in while your doing that I would say, but everyone is different.

Clint: I think the FLEX Arms is actually hitting some muscle groups that i miss with my lifting bcs i am starting feel an improvement. Very nice device.

tom: Pretty awesome device, its weird to me it really feels like a workout during and after i use the flex arms. Not talking preacher curls here BE ADVISED.

Les, Bayside: I hear you about the workout, I feel that too. The flex arms is soooo easy and convenient to use. Top technology in my opinion!

mike P.: Good for recovery in my experience. Not really for toning. :(

wayne: I feel like uising the FLEX arms is making me a better person, just kidding, just kidding!!! I am already a pretty awesome person:) Okay now seriousely, I like that i got a chance to try it because it actually works for me. I feel i’ve gained some strength with it since i started using it.

docroberts: best portable fitness device i’ve tried. i travel about alot for work so this is cool. it comes with me everywhere, so that’s what i like about it other than the fact that it seems to work pretty good on m y arms muscles.

alan: COuld i try it somewhere else other than my arms? :)

brian: I do 10-12 close grip presses, dips, and triceps pushdowns every other day, plus barbell curls on the alternativing days. i hit the triceps hard but even then thehy weren’t quite as monstrous as i wanted. Glad to be adding some thing new to my routine, it somehow enhances my workout.

Tyler: I am super out of shape so to me the the flex arms is a great way to get started. I am getting motivated to do more outside of my house.

luke: at first i thought the FLEX Arms was one of those kinda joke products that dont work but i am surprised in a goo way. It’s pretty solid. I actually tried it at 50 first and it kicked my ass, well actually my arms. I had to bring the level down a bit.

Ray, MT: Feeling good about the whole experience. SO far, it’s all good.

DJAnon: The Flex Arms, its just for biceps & triceps, and it works quite well on those muscle groups. The cool thing is, you can start on lower levels & build up, really easily. If this is the area you wanna develop, get this, and do pushups or bench presses, other exercises to get your chest & shoulders.

Adam: I hear u man. I spent a lot of energy making my biceps bigger and they look good but I feel like I am getting an additional workout on days off from lifting with the flex arms. I am so glad i tried it, it’s a cool device.

GUS: Am psyched to be using this on my triceps, especially. It feels like its working, the pressure is terrific.

Wyatt M.: Yeah, so I;m really stoked about this too, I’ve been real lazy about my arm workouts . so i am glad to have a chance to try something. Just curious, how do you know, when yor ready to move up to a higher intensity. I feeling the tingling at 20, stayed there for 2 days so far. Jsut wondering, will I just like, know, when I’m ready for more? Like I said its been awhile since I really worked out so I wanna take it eaasy..but not TOO easy.

Mark: I started at level 30 and worked my way up to 60. I just keep adjusting the level to what feels comfortable at the time. Like i feel it but are not in pain. Basically the stronger i feel the higher I go.

funky_fredd: that’s about what i did too, every few days i’d give it a little more gusto and once i got to 80, It feels awesome.

ron: Nice. I’ve been doing a bulking routine – bicep and trcep reps every other day plus protein powder and flex ARMS and i have some pretty awesome results.

Mario: I have the perfect push ups and they aren’t bad at all. I actually use them regularly. The flex arms is just a great way to get more definition and strength for me. So far i am liking it as much.

Sal: Really, you actually got one a those Perfect push up deals? I just, was sorta turned off by the name of that and besides, I got no problem doing pushups on myown. But I always hated it that, on cardio workouts, my lower body always gets worked so much harder than the upper. I feel like, its finally getting a workout now too, when I wear the Flex arms while doing cardio. Usually i jog, but sometimes I get on the bike or a machine or somoething. Think its getting me to push harder even.

carmine D.: i like that the flex arms gets both muscle groups done at once.

Eddie: Just feels good to get a workout while watching TV! Glad i tried the flex, it’s awesome

jonathan: i have been doing biceps curls pushups and preacher curls every other day combined with a 3 mile run daily plus 500 calories over maintensance foodwise to bulk – also i put whey protein on my food. Just added trhe Flex ARMS and i think that’s finally pulling it all together. I am starting feel a change.

Walter: Not bad of a device. Very light yet super powerful. Thumb up.

RonF: It’s my understanding than bruce Lee used to use a similar technology? I am pretty sure that;s what i read. I like the idea that he did anyway. I am pleased with my flex arms, it was weird at first but i got used to it and are liking the results i am getting.

MMAmaster: THe FLExArms are keeping me on point. Bruce Lee (THE KING) practically invented EMS for fitness and I’m stoked this feel great, it is the real deal.

Dimitri: It didn’t do much for me. I used the Flex Arms for a week, every day and had it set on level 50. I could barely feel it so the next week I kicked it up to 70. nOt much stronger, I didnt think. Rather go the old-fashioned route in the wiehgt room.

MarkH: Using the FlexArms during my kata stances and boy, the burn is way more intense in each posture. Love IT.

Jonas: Been fighting with my arms for years. At some stages, have had perfect size and definition and then I drop off my gym schedule for a minute and it’s like instantaneous muscle death. THis is a part of everyone’s body that just needs constant attention and the Flex Arms allow me to maintain, even when I’m off routine. I take them wherever I go.

tim: Wow, Bruce Lee is my idol, I very much believe in his philopshy of Jeet Koon Do “way of the intercepting fist” and i also totally stand by his approach of weight training for strength, running for endurance, and stretching for flexibility. I also meditate daily using ye young qi gong meditation. I thought that adding EMS to this regimen would violate Lee’s teachings, but if he actually got beihnd EMS and used it himself, well then i can only imagine htat i will benefit as well. thx for that information bcs it truly helped make the decision for me.

bryan: I am digging the flex arms, working especially on my biceps for me. Very cool on days i dont lift.

Anonymous: This was posted before, but you can get more info here: This is the link to the official site.

Paul: LIking the way the flex arms works and feel so far. Hopefully it will give me some strength back. I feel good about it.

T. Simpson: So far what i notice the most is that i could swear that the FLEX arms is improving my circulation.,usually i have extremely cold hands and i think this is makeing an improvement. I have read that EMS can help with that. That’s all so far. I like that though.

Jeremy: Whats a good exercise for chest? I do love the flex arms for my biceps and triceps but my chest is so flat! I am not sure what to do.

W.: What IF, I want a do curls, and also, wear a flex arms at the same tiem? is that ok or agains the rules?

Mike: I like to alternate chest workouts becuase the tissue in the chest muscles tends to get very sore. i like to start out with a chest blast that mixes pushups with dumbell bench presses …then one the next day, i do dumbbell bench presses on the incline, flat and on the decline with no rest in bnetween. You have to take every 3rd day off tho or you will be too sore to continue.

Anonymous: THe FLEX arms – 30 minutes a day. Even on rest day. I feel good about it.

tyler: make yor own rules up, man. do what you think is working, just don’t strain yourself.i don’t realy see a need to wear the flex arms while doing a bicep or tricep workout, i mean, its kinda a waste of time to do it that way, in my opinion. but to wear it while working out your glutes, hamstrings, quads & calves? totally. or cardio like lots of others say. makes my total workout time more efficient. That how i use mine anyway and i like it.

KENTON: Ha, eventually we’ll all be hooked up to electronic devices, from head to toe, looking like Frankenstein or something. A buff Frankenstein, that is.

Connor: THumb up for the flex arms, they really help me keep everything in line. I do agree with someone in else in here though – kinda overkill to use them during wight training.

Alan: The FLEX arms is pretty cool. Using it at home 3 times a week and I seem to be gaining some strength in my arms. This thing hits muscles that are hard to define.

joe: I use the flex ARMS while i’m jogging on the treadmill, its a good way for me to multi-task and get my cardio and strength training done all in one shot. I’m not looking for huge killer arms, I just want to have some definition and tone. I think i have a decent athletic build going, and i don;’t feel like i have to knock myself out to achieve it.

Walt P: Its def is good and I am really feeling it more than I expected to.

jared: If you raise the intensity and it feels uncomortable or weird, turn it down for a while, until your body adjusts. They include a training schedule with the FLEX Arms that tells you how to raise it gradually so you will feel ready for the next level. I followed that to the letter, even when i thought i could turn it up, i waited for when the schedule said to. using this method i definitely was prepared for every increase.

ZMAn: Me, I am going slowly I am still at level 40 above that it’s still too strong for me. But even at 40 I am seeing a clear improvement. Perhaps next week, I’ll go higher.

Walt P: Ahh,I never read those manuals that you gotta follow step buy step. Too impatient. Besides, I like to feel the burn!

Claudio: I used mine for muscle recovery and it seems to help. Thumb up/

HARvey: It would be cool if the flex arms also help my “3rd arm” get even bigger too!!!! hahaha. I mean it works on my arms muscles why not else where right? So yeah I love it too. I like the pressure on my muscles. Feels good.

Louie: If you work the muscles to exhaustion, it sets you back instead of pushing you forward. Is never a good idea. What I do is, I use the flex arms on my nontraining days at a moderate level and on days when for, whatever reason,I cant make it to the gym, like if Im traveling or get caught up at work or whatever, then I use it a higher intensity to get a comparable workout. I think its great.

Todd: Same here, I never use my flex arms on days I’ve been lifting, just on days I didn’t work on my arms. Only on the days I do my legs and back.

conrad: funny, harvey. anyone tried flexing thier man muscle using this thing? i dare you to harvey, let us know if it works. none of them other exercises i’ve tried ever did anything.

Keith: dudes you are not gonna increase your “man muscle” or any other aspect of your man parts with the FLEX Arms! come on! it’s an ARM workout equipment! If your are big enough that a piece of arm equipment could fit on your member, then you are already very lucky. seriously tho, you guys sound like freaks. stop talking about that stuff.

Dale: I use my FLEX Arms right before I start my workouts and it feels sort of pre-pumps my muscles. Not the full 30 minutes, but about 10 minutes at level 40. Works good.

bill krimp: at first, i was worreid about the electric shock thing….it did freak me out the idea of using electronic stuff for my workout, but then i read that they’ve been using this in physical therpay for like YEARS, and if they are using it for that, to help people get better, then i guess it doesn’t hurt people. Also the FLEX arms is FDA cleared so that does make me feel better. and so far so good. now that i am used to it i actually like the feeling of it.

ethan: yeah it is relaxing esp. the more you get used to it. i think the FLEX Arms is a good thing for sure, and its super easy to use. i happen to have some major back issues so for me it is just cool to be trying something safe. Sees to be working too

ZachS: I am not ashamed to admit that all I do is use the flex arms. I don’t do lifting, i don’t run, and it works for me. I never wanted to be one of those muscle guys, i do respect their work and discipline but I have no interest in becoming one. I all wanted is to have more strength and some definition the flex arms seems to be helping.

Vic: Nah, I’m not digging this. WHen I use it level 20 it doesn’t do any good,a s far as I can tell, and when i crank it up its too much, I cant where it for more than 10 minutes. I thought the Flex ARms was alright but its just not working out for me.

Anonymous: The Flex arms, so much cooler then the ties & golf balls I used to get for my pops. Not seen any changes yet, its been just about a week but it does feel like it doing something good to my arms.

Stewart: I love that technology makes it easier and easier on us everyday. I give a thumbs up, i love this thing now.

Drew: Haven’t ever used anything like it. It’s a cool little device. Can be pretty intense at times. I feel like its working.

Ziander: I am liking the FLEX arms so far.

LOLLoco: awesome apparatus., i use it while doing cardio and i eat a lean protein low carb diet and i feel great. i am not even a gym rat just a person who likes looking good. The FLEX ARMS does the job.

DanIStheMan: Anyone know aabout how many calories you burn, in 30 min of using the FlEX arms, at level 40?

L7: Well i use the Flex ARMS as an awesome add on to my regular lifting. I do squats deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, lat pulldown, seated cable row, triceps kickback, biceps arm curl and cardio every other day. with these reps i do five sets of twelve repetitions maximum every day. And i use the Flex ARMS @ night when i’m chillin’ on the couch watching TV. I am pleased.

Shane: Not completely positive, but I think 3 sets of bicep curls at low weight is about 400 calories. I would say that you could use similar physics for 30 minutes with FLEX arms. I generally use them as more of a toner (which is so far working well), and attribute my calorie burns to cardio.

Pong: What the hell dude, do you spend all your time in the gym “L7″? Five sets of 12, for al those, every single day? Pretty intense. Im nowhere near that and probably never will. I can’t spend 3 hours at the gym every day! So i am happy to actually be trying something new. I like the flex arms and do some cadio and sit ups that’s all.

JESSE: Who knows a good thermogenic to take? I could use one a those

Nathan: FYI, I take nuphedrine to help me burn fat and it works really well for me. The flex arms is pretty good to on days off especially.

Joe: I can feel the flex is doing something because i feel more strength but it’s hard to see the muscle definition because of all the fat.

Larry: very easy to use and travel with. I’m in sales & i just dont have time to be a gym rat. I even was worried that an EMS device would be too clunky to take with me places. but this is totally portable and it ftis in this little carying bag. easy. I store with my checked bags, just in case the electircal stuff sets off security, but for all i know myabe i could take it as carry on. Alls i know is its about as convenient as a workout can get, and I appreciate that. I almost like it as much as my iphone:)

KKJAMES: Dude, I don’t know why you are talkin about Iphones and shiat. Save that stuff for Twitter. I’m here to talk about my FLEX ARMS which i must say is pretty cool. Makes me feel like i am gaining strength.

Paul: We can talk about whatever sh#t we want!! the flex is cool but it’s not like it’s the best thing in the world, if anything the iphone is!!

Tahar: I am in pretty bad shape so the flex arms is taking some time to work its magic but so far so good.

MichealM: One of the better EMS devices I’ve used since my PT days. So yeah thumb up for sure.

christian: yeah, i think you guys oughta calm down about the iPhone and such. its no big deal. the important thing is not whether you guys like iPhones but whether you like the FLEX Arms. I just want to say that i do like it & i’m glad i got a chance to try it, i do also lift every other day to get the sort of definion and size that i want, but for a guy who isn’t looking to have that bodybuilder look its also fine on its own.

JamesV: The FlexArms work. Plain and simple. My advice. If you don’t work out with any regularity, you will not get the maximum benefit from this puppy, but you will notice an improvement difference in tone…I personally love to lift so i do both.

ed: i do hope you guys realize that you also have to have a healthy diet while your using the FLEX arms or doing any othher kind of strenght training. If you are trying to increase muscle mass you can’t do it with junk like fries and wings and doritos , etc. you have to really maximize the lean protein and carbs so you will gain muscle not FAT. just saying,. i know soime of you use this as your only strength trianing and that is fine, just so long as you dont have a gluttonous unhealthy diet, and as long as you do some cardio. other wise you might be a fatty with muscles in your arms that nobody can see. I guess my point is, i don’t want some of you doofuses to just buy this and expect it to make you into Arnold. FLEX Arms will do its job, that much i know – but you have to hold up your end of the bargain. sorry to sound like a downer but i think its imporatn to know,

j.t.: I just started getting into lifting and i find it to be fun. I’m just aiming to get toned, increase my strength. The Flex Arms is helping, no doubt.

JackR: I don’t think there are any probs with using EMS when training for competition, but if I were you I would just kind of ask around about the FlExArMs and see if it is ok. I know they’re a crucial part of my work outs, but I am not competing professionally.

Anonymous: Same here, just want to get a bit more toned and the flex arms seems to do the job just fine. I am pleased and am glad I got to try it.

J Bee: Flex arms is effective at toning the arms, mostly the tri-ceps. Used to product for 60-days (taking a break for three weeks vacation now), and resutls are immedialty noticable. Use it in conjunction with a light weight training program to see dramatic results.

Robert: Just received the Flex Arms. Used for the first time at level 20. Frightened of electricity shocking me at first. As a guy that hasn’t worked out in a year and 5′7” weighing 130 lbs, what should my starting intensity be to build muscles. Need someones expertise of using the product.

mikey: think its cool that you can start wherever yu feel comfortable and then jut gradually increase as you build strenght, just like wiehgt training.

dean s.: hoping to get as ripped as the guy in the photo..

 Medical Grade Technology
The interesting thing is that this ‘new technology’ isn’t really all that new. The Flex® range of products uses patented EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) technology, which is the same medical-grade technology that's been used for thirty years in the health care industry. This is the same technology used by physical therapists to exercise the muscles of their injured patients who can’t do it themselves. This is 100% medical science. In fact, The Flex® range of products are the first EMS products cleared by the FDA as class II medical devices for direct to consumer sales. You know the FDA doesn’t clear anything unless it is 100% thoroughly tested and proven to produce the results the product claims.

The parent company of the Flex® products is a medical device company headquartered in Galway, Ireland, with 40 years expertise designing, manufacturing and marketing EMS devices for medical and consumer use. Their EMS medical devices are used and prescribed in more than 5,000 clinics worldwide.

As you can see -- this is NOT a product that doesn’t produce results – it is a medical technology that works for everyone. It will work for you too. Just ask any of the over 2.5 million+ Flex® product customers worldwide…

All of the Flex® Products go through multiple clinical studies in order to achieve their FDA clearance. The Flex Arms® is no exception. It was tested in a very large clinical study with 300+ people, and the results were outstanding…

The Flex Arms® clinical study showed that in less than 8 weeks:

• 100% of users said it worked in some way
• 97% of users said they felt more confident in sleeveless shirts
• 96% said there arms were more attractive
• 92% of users said their arms were more toned
• 92% of users say it is easy to fit into their daily routine

 Website In Focus
The Flex Arms® website is awesome. It is visually stunning, and all you need to do is check it out to understand how cool this product really is. There are diagrams that show how it flexes your muscles and videos that show how the technology works. This is a very real product, and their customers love it. The website also gives you information about the other Flex® products in their range. This is the same company that makes the famous Flex Belt®, which effectively tones and tightens your stomach. They also make a product just for women that tightens, tones and lifts your butt and thighs. Just imagine that as you get on with your busy day: you can simply wear the Flex Arms® while you work at the office or around the house, then wear the Flex Belt® while you walk the dog or help the kids with their homework, and then (if you are a lady) slip on the Flex Mini® while you make dinner for the family….and by the end of the day, you had a very good workout on your Arms, Stomach and (if a female) Butt and Thighs....the Flex® range is revolutionizing the world of achieving/maintaining a good figure!

The Flex Arms® costs $199.99. This is definitely extremely fair for this type of advanced medical-grade technology. The cool part is that all the Flex® products use the same power supply unit. So you can add onto your Flex Arms® order the other Flex® products (like the Flex Belt® & Flex Mini®) without their own power supply unit and get them for just $129.99 each. For instance, if you were to buy The Flex Belt® with its own controller, it would cost you the full $199.99.

****SO, if you are interested in using more than one Flex® product, we recommend adding them onto your Flex Arms® order for this discounted price.

Additionally -- All orders for the Flex Arms® come with a very attractive 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. So if you don’t see the results on your arms, you just send it back and get your refund. It is a no-lose situation.

 Final Thoughts
These products are the real deal. They literately go through about a year of clinical testing before each new piece to the range gets cleared by the FDA. This is not something new here – it is EMS technology, which, until the Flex® range was released, was only available in doctors’ offices. Now that the Flex® range has been granted ‘direct-to-consumer sales’ for EMS technology, the world of fitness and body-shaping is changing. They have already sold millions of pieces, and word of mouth is growing fast. If this product sounds interesting - just buy it and see what you think. If you aren’t happy – return it.

We highly recommend the Flex Arms® to anyone who wants attractive arms. For that matter, this whole clinically proven, FDA cleared range of products is perfect for anyone who would like to tone up (or maintain) their figure. Again – make sure and check their blog postings here on our site….the customers say it all.
